I’ve been playing a lot with the arm staples in that last submission, in my gym people call it the Christian special lol, I have also been working on mountain triangles quite a bit lately So of this combination it’s perfect for me. Thanks a bunch!

Hi Marcos thankyou for your educational videos. They've helped me massively. I have a question about lasso guard. Do you have any tips on what to do when and if your opponent instantly sits down when you pull lasso? How can I take advantage of this? I can't find any information on videos or Google. Big osss. Thankyou sir
I think you are amazing for your teaching techniques and experience. In your BJJ fanatics chokes included? I only practice for 15 sessions so far as a white belt and can’t wait to move up and practice with blue belts. White belts is boring and it takes ages before professor promotes.
