James Morris me too actually as a fan i want to feel that energy like before...props to the band and cedric too...his voice is great...im glad to see vocal effects are in place...
I love this band. As I'm watching this it fully occurs to me how much the rhythm section holds everything together here. Most people first think of Cedric and Omar, but if it weren't for the other guys pounding it out in such a solid fashion, it would not work at all.
That was because Omar's mother died the day before they performed with Jim for the reunion. Omar was in mourning, but still played so they didn't cancel the reunion. If there was bad blood they wouldn't have played.
Until shits all over the chorus with half arsed vocals. Embarrassing. Yeah, yeah he’s saving his vocals *cough cough* ..so then he and Omar can cash grab with MV too.
he's making reference to the studio recording, "hello mother leopard, I have your cub. You must protect her. But that will be expensive. 10,000 kola nuts, wrapped in brown paper. Midnight, behind the box. I'll be the hyena, you'll see."
Legend has it, Cedric is still looking for a Mother Leopard...
im happy to see omar happy!

James Morris I'm happy that your happy that Omar's happy.
We've got a really cool 3D animated video for No Wolf Like the Present on our channel.
Want some more of Omar loosing himself on-stage? Look for Antimasque performing with Travis Baker-Omar’s in a trance!
"I'll be the hyena. You'll see..."
chiiiiills
fukin creepy as shit.
'meet us at the corner of fith and pontiac"
I want to say “one of the best songs in the album” but they are all amazing !
It’s just even more amazing
I still will never get enough of this sensational video. 3:18-3:30ish with Omar is everything that live music should ever be.
That little move? You must’ve never seen them in the early 2000s he would RIP the moves the whole show. Cedric was unbelievable

Agreed! Their bass and drummer are kind of ridiculous how good they are.
I was always drawn to ward as a kid
"the other guys" LOL... Tony and Paul man
@@andrewtoscano6192 one one hand, it's kind of ironic, isn't it? I even know their names. On the other hand- pedant.
If it weren't for Sparta, The Mars Volta section wouldn't have shredded it hard enough.
And they say Rock is dead... Omar is my favorite!
20 y.o. song :)
Brighton - When they played this i lost my shit. Never thought i'd hear it live.
Cedric throws a little nod to The Wipers at 6:10. Nice!
Which Wipers song?
My favourite ATDI song!
same.
Tony Hajjar has alwys been such a cool headed guy with amazing drumming skills. Listen to Shaking Hand Incisions live to see. 👌😎
Check GONE IS GONE
@@doomerius1300 thanks
Weird that Jim isn’t there and all of a sudden Omar remembers to act alive. It is good to see them rocking though.
That was because Omar's mother died the day before they performed with Jim for the reunion.
Omar was in mourning, but still played so they didn't cancel the reunion. If there was bad blood they wouldn't have played.
This was one of their absolute BEST songs. Saved the best for last 😎😎
Omar kicking ass! Im thankful I got to see them in Cleveland a few years ago.
Cedric is singing
great to see these dudes true to form
Not trying to ve a buzz kill but this isn't them in true form. Jim is not there.
I went to a rescheduled show and got to be on stage right. Thanks to my good friend.
Right, I'm convinced. Booking tickets to their next London show.
Same for Paris show.
nice preview of the new Mars Volta re-recording of Relationship of Command
For all those who still never discovered At The Drive In: This video is all you need to know. Please enjoy.
Tony, paul n jim, killin it
Man, this is so good
That iggy pop intro on the album was sadly not included, would be a badass surprise guest appearance one day maybe though lol
what about cedric shredding that one instrument haaha
straight shredding the melodica
Unmatched talent. Omar is him!
That's amazing - great video!
Cedric’s voice sounds really good here.
Until shits all over the chorus with half arsed vocals. Embarrassing. Yeah, yeah he’s saving his vocals *cough cough* ..so then he and Omar can cash grab with MV too.
Joe Rogan " some of his fingers are burning at up to 1000 degrees." Me in crackhead voice " God Dam."

I could be wrong but that kinda looks like a new guitar. Which would make sense cuz when I get a new guitar the first thing I do is abuse it too lmao
Isn't it his signature?
Ernie Ball signature.
Old time Omar... I'm so happy to see this!!!!
Cedric's voice LMAO!!!
Was this at the Rebel in Toronto? I recognize it. I was there.
Nah, this is at The Forum in Melbourne, Australia
Definitely don't recall that being on the record!!
Rock n roll na veia, mano!!!!
I want to see this live again so bad
This is what making love a guitar looks like.
Shouldn't be a surprise, but by fuck Omar can do things with a guitar.
He miss notes and tempo, everybody can do this with no practice. It's like air guitar but with real guitar)
I would pay a kidney to be there 😭
What kind of phone did you use? The quality is good
iPhone 6 Plus - 1080p/30fps
HEY, HEY!

What is Cedric saying in the beginning?
he's making reference to the studio recording, "hello mother leopard, I have your cub. You must protect her. But that will be expensive. 10,000 kola nuts, wrapped in brown paper. Midnight, behind the box. I'll be the hyena, you'll see."

Is rock music still a thing nowadays
Is it just me or does anyone see Omar as Jimmy Hendrix incarnate?
Just you
Fun fact- omar says 'mother leopard' 217 times that day.
