Yeah man i understand. I went Sat night but needed to go again because felt lost? sad? I was emotional after Sat nights concert... hard to explain my feelings, definitely needed to go once more. Fecking unreal TOOL of course and now my mind is at peace...I said elsewhere TOOL is the ONLY band since Black Sabbath days that make me feel as good as i did back then, late sixties/early seventies. The video is not well shot because I didn't want to get kicked out of my first Tool concert in 7 years. So I had to keep the screen covered (so the light wouldn't alert security). I just pointed and hoped. Enjoy!

Tool is like a whole new dimension of music. This one track, I can listen to it over and over and never get tired. I’m always on the look out for new posts of it. It’s mind numbingly brilliant!!!
This show on acid was one of the most amazing experiences of my life. I'll never forget it. I fucking hope they come to Australia again I NEED TO SEE TOOL AGAIN
I was at the show but seated! I know they said no phones and I didn't see anyone on their phones but didn't realize they had security hunting phone users down! Haha

What a fecking life changing experience the Melbourne TOOL concerts were at Melbourne. Nothing to do with dollars but TOOL brought us all something we can never ever "let go"? Well that's my belief and my second son and i to this day agree and this helps us get through the garbage at the moment "others' throw at us? EDIT... Thought I'd never see the day spirit fingers and hand turls being filmed during a Tool. This band still pushing boundaries even to this day. Long live the spirit fingers
At 61, I'm only a recent convert to Tool.Must be one of the tightest live bands out, losing nothing in live performance. Sneeky but well recorded fieldo85
The mushies were taking full hold right about now . Navigating through those lights like a snake. 5th time seeing them and by far the best thing I’ve ever seen live
I will never not see them now when they come to Oz, also went 6 or so years ago and they are so, so good live. Masters of music. Pneuma in particular is now one of my fave songs of all time , so farken good! That riff just rocks my world! Great footage mate, people were defintely getting kicked for filming in Sydney so very brave.

LSD is seeming increasingly like standard issue gear for a Tool show these days. Insane visuals! This is also what Phish shows want to be when they grow up.
The audio quality in this recording is amazing. You must have been standing in precisely the right spot to catch it so well. Bit shaky with the phone on this one, but it's very acceptable. You're a brave man to do this shit, and I appreciate it verily much indeed.

So, am I the only one to think Maynard is on the other side of Danny (Usually stands on the other side), because he is in the Southern Hemisphere???? Wouldn’t put it past them! lol
Good sound, great song and apparently great tour. There must be something very special that keeps Tool away from South America, cause i dont have a clue why they have sistematically ignored the HUGE fanbase that they have on this side of the world (I just learned that thay just extended their 2020 North America leg from april to June).... I think this is their last big tour, and looks like, once again, we will be overlooked by them. Im a 40 years old Chilean fan who is losing the faith of seing them live at least once.......eventough i never even dreamed of the chance of seing live KING CRIMSON and last year they played in Chile for the first time.
This is a very cool vid and a very cool band. They must have rehearsed this to death to get the timings right. I really recommend anyone that likes this to check out the Cardiacs. They also use wierd timings and don't improvise much live. Give 'Dirty Boy' a listen. Or one of many others on RUclips. I guarantee you won't be disappointed. I could listen just to Tool and the Cardys forever, with maybe a bit of Floyd for a change on special days.
I knew if find evidence of it, no one seems to remeber but maynard carried a whole marshall 4X12 on to his right side platform in this song to sit on. You can see him lift it up around 7:20 ish

This vid sounds great! sounds like TOOL!
Overcompressing is never a good choice. Songs like Descending or Culling Voices wouldn't benefit from that kind of mixing. Also, when Fear Inoculum hits it hits hard. I think there are some clipping issues but other than that the production is good
