That Mitchell guy comes up with a base hit every now and then. Killer video!
This one here was more like a triple. Stuck in the rundown between home and third waiting on May to see if we can make it a homerun
Anyone else mouth water up while watching this? Fabulous job, jay!
Amazing job! Great technique! We totally agree that the best pork ribs do not fall off the bone and have a little pull!
Thank you so much. You are correct. I've always like a little chew. Appreciate you stopping by
Well done! That would have won Memphis in May this year. Next year for sure. Great work!
Good thing is I will be cooking this recipe at Memphis. We were on the waiting list and they called and offered us a small spot. We will see how it goes.
@@MojoBarbeque awesome, good luck.
Man I would love to be the judge of those ribs. For sure going to give this combination a try. Great video brother.
Nothing beats that red candy color
I will agree. Most eat with their eyes first.
You could definitely never bore us! Amazing cook and man, dadgum, I'm hungry!
Jay: I got to hand you a 100 A+ on those ribs - now it's up to me to get in line and make it happen. Thanks for sharing a great rib cook. Roy
Thank you Roy. When my wife tells me she likes a rib, it means it's a winner. And she said she loved these
Good job buddy thanks for the schooling! I don't do comp I just cook for family friends and some small jobs on the side. Ive always got my learning cap on that's why I like your videos lol thanks again buddy
Those look so good. Nicely done and some great tricks! Thanks
Oh man those look good! Once it warms up we are doing lots of ribs this summer!
Dude i would fly from Amsterdam to Tennessee to try that. wow.
Come on brother. I can always run to town and get us a few racks.
I was a witness to this creation by MOJO and Magic Mitchell. They were sampling , testing and analyzing until they came up with the Homerun version of the winning ribs.
Great video Jay , you are a TV personality in the future.
Spectacular Ribs! I could eat those all day long.
Thank you. I could join you.
Those are some good lookin ribs! Probably, the best raw ribs I've seen. Thanks for sharing this video with us. It gives me some ideas of products to try out this year!
Thank you Chris. Can't go wrong with this recipe. I've been using the rub sauce combo on all sorts of goings here at the house. And no one is tired of it yet.
Thanks for sharing!
Thank you for watching friend.
Another awesome video! We all need to try this for sure.
This is a good one Rob. Flavor profile is legit.
@@MojoBarbeque Thank you for sharing it with all of us.
I have a number of yours and Heaths rubs, sauces, glazes and brines, they’re all winners in my opinion, I’d like to see you cook me unwrapped as I get some pretty amazing results on my SnS grill, have never had a bad rack, beef or pork or brisket, love your channel too, your knowledge is invaluable, and the comic relief makes me smile as I’m watching, thanks legend from Australia
Looks amazing!
Thank you Jon.
Great job !! They look fantastic !!
Thank you Mike.
Look forward to trying em this way. I love to use the Garlic Jalapeño with Killer Hogs The BBQ Rub, but I have a shaker of Heath’s Competition Rub just waiting to be opened up soon.
Hoowee, I have both types of ribs in the freezer, and those things look great so now I got to get them out and get to grilling
Get em thawed and order some product bc this is a must do rib recipe.
Great video. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you for watching friend
The old MOJO rib recipe has served me well I guess I’m gunna try a new one lol I appreciate all you do Jay….
I hate to say it , but the new one be my favorite. May try adding just a little kh hot next time just to see if it adds a little more kick to the party.
@@MojoBarbeque hmmm I’ll definitely try that…
Looks great
MOJO/HR !!! 🔥🏆💪🎻🪕❤️😁
It is a great combo Scott.
I learned a lot.
Glad you picked up a little knowledge Jim because I sure don't have a lot to share. Appreciate you brother.
Gull dern genius. 🤘🏼
That bedwell feller sometimes has good ideas when it comes to bbq.
Can’t never go wrong with some mojo and riles. Great video Jay.
I am in full agreement with you. I now keep the mojo/riles mix right next to the mojo/kh hot mix.
@@MojoBarbeque I’ve got a couple backyard trophies rolling that mojo/kh hot combo after that MIM win you got. Lol
Looks fantastic! Mouth is watering at work. Gotta make me some of these
My mouth was doing the same. I just went to the fridge and got some leftovers though. Well worth warming up
They were delicious.
I'm thinking some of my best yet.
Pork Ribs are the absolute best 👌
Mojo just hit us wit a Michael Jackson bbq moon walk lol
I got skills. Should have been a back up dancer for the back street boys.
Best 10 minutes of my day Jay! Those ribs are done Mojo style and can’t argue with the results. That color is picture perfect and look so juicy. Those judges know a dang good rib when they see and taste one! Cheers my brother! Outstanding!
Thank you Jay. If I could cook a rib like I did in the video everytime I fired up an Outlaw, I would be a very happy man. This were 4 of the best racks I've ever cooked.
You’ve cooked a lot of ribs so that’s saying something! I’m writing this one down.
Great video Jay. Ribs looked great. I use a lot of Heath's products also. You make learning fun! Thank you
Thank you John. Heath has some great products for sure. The mojo/comp blend is all I've been using lately.
@@MojoBarbeque I have your Mojo, I've been meaning to get Heath's comp rub. I think I'm gonna have to try that. Thanks brother
Gorgeous ribs Jay. Been on Heath's Garlic Jalapeno as a base for a while now. It's great stuff. That's quite the combination of flavors you got there but if you say they work, I believe you. Just gonna have to convince the wife that yes, I need MORE rubs in my cabinet...lol. Thank you for sharing the recipe with us.
This is my go to pork flavor profile now. Pork chops with this flavor makes a heck of a supper.
I love Heath’s products, too. His Simple Citrus rub is absolutely perfect for chicken. And I love how you ain’t afraid to mix products, Jay. You ol’ membrane eatin’ joker……😂
Yummy yummy
Thank you so much.
Definitely going to give a try. Always looking for ways to make good ribs
This is an awesome flavor profile. Good enough for comp but also awesome enough to eat a whole rack at home.
Yum
Thank you so much.
Does like so delicious? You seem like a professional to me. I don't know the product but I almost smelted And I wish I could taste.
Wow!!!!
Thank you Gus.
You may forget the camera, but you don’t forget the ribs. That’s more important haha
Them ole camera ain't good to eat anyways
Good lord those are beautiful
Thank you James. I get lucky.
Man the ribs look great! Will y’all be at gallax this year?
I don't think we will. We are getting to go back to Ecuador on our mission trip for the first time since covid. I love bbq but Ecuador comes first.
@@MojoBarbeque that’s awesome brother! Prayers for you all during that time or anytime. One of the biggest reasons I follow you is your not afraid to talk about your faith in your videos!
Nuummm!
Hate you’re not competing at MIM this year!
We will be cooking. They called and offered us a smaller spot. We always sign up for a big spot and they didn't have enough and cut us. When the smaller spot opened up we were lucky enough to be on top of waiting list.
Probably a stupid question. But does the layer of bbq rub 3to 4 times through the process not come over powering or is this a competition thing for a one bite WOW factor.
Not over powering at all. The main ingredient in most rubs is sugar. Especially mine. If I were using a rub where salt was the main ingredient , then yes, it would be to much.
Beautiful ribs, and the level of tenderness looks ideal: just firm enough to still be able to sink your teeth into them and easily pull the meat from the bone.
Thank you. These here are good enough to win a comp or win the hearts of all your neighbors.
Your website is out of stock … do you know when it will be restocked with products?????
As someone who cant stand mustard the same way people who think corriander is soap... thanks.
What’s all the static for!!!
Added a little vinyl static to drown out silence. Forgot to lower the volume on it. I like vinyl.

That's what I'm talking about. Back on top.
