This time you will see wow I make and install a horn muzzle end to the gunstock. The job is rather easy but it takes some time. I was very suprised, that it was so easy to use the J B weld glue. I separated the barrel from the glube by aluminium foil. That was the best decission. And the alu foil can be striped os the glue easy.
In the midle of the vid there is one segment double filmed. Sorry for that ;-)
So stay tuned and dont forget to like and subscribe

That blended in very well ! The smell of the horn grinding came down here to me in the South of France, I can still smell it now. The JB Weld held up well to the contouring, and you have a very nice joint onto the wood.

Even my clothes still smell ugly. That was the first time I used JB but it was good to my opinion. Before on severel knive projekts I used UHU plus that was ok too. It has a clear yellow color and the dark grey is better for the look of horn and wood.

Yes, the colour is just right to match the colour of the horn, when it is all polished you will not be able to see it, very nice !
