    That came out very well, did you anneal the brass first ? I find I get a better "tube" when the brass is annealed, and it is work hardened again by the time the knuckles are formed over, I also made a small swage punch to form the hinge shape over by drilling a hole across a 50mm bar, then cutting away half the hole, then when this is knocked down over the hinge knuckle it forms a perfect radius.       Thanks mate, it is annealed brass!! The sheet is rather soft and normaly used to chimm machinery on water level. The tool is a good idea. I will test it next time. And like you can see, I only use dummy screws. Next vid is coming up in a few minutes. :-)

      Homemade History: Yes I see you are using the dummy screws, much better than damaging your good slotted screws, you will like the rounding over swage, it works very well to give a nice even radius.
