I am Cantonese. I am weary of number 4. At my wedding dinner, I made sure no tables come with 4, 14, 24,34. I have 38 tables. 4 means mati. 14 means sure mati! 24 means easy to mati! In 34, not so bad cos the 4 is neutralised by 3. 44 is double confirm mati. In 54, the 4 is neutralised by 5. 64 means 死路。74 means 去死，84 not bad. 94 is like 14, sure mati! There was once I went to view a house with number 14, after that I whole night cannot sleep, felt damn uneasy! Even if it's much cheaper by at least $500,000, I was not at all心动。宁可信其有。I scared this kind of unlucky house number will invite bad luck. Some much to look out for when buying landed. Dun buy at cross road,冲路。dun buy along roads, where got peace?🤦😨🤦 there was once I went to view a house at Phillips Ave cos it was really cheap, then realized it was near the Japanese cemetery 🪦.😨🤦dun buy near flyover, PIE, schools, bus stops. Dun buy a house which has road, two way some more right outside your gate like those houses along pOH huat road leading out to yio chu Kang Rd. Dun buy near temple, church, old aged home. Dun buy near eateries. Sekali the 食客no place to park park right outside your house!😨🤦😨if you are buying landed, you are looking for peace, serenity, fresh air, where got want to buy at the 吵杂places, not atas anymore! Buy landed with small small land like those in MacPherson also chui! So small,小家子气，一点气派也没有。buy those that cannot even park a car damn chui also! Some much knowledge to buying landed. Eric, you can do a few series on what and what not to buy for landed houses. Then drive around to show examples like guys guys! These type dun buy ! Buy already chui! Many people sure want to watch! Make your landed series longer leh! Around 10 mins so short, watch already not shiok leh!😛😛🙏🤣😂
