- Brought a good friend to the wilderness of Sarek on his first ever hike. Started in Ritsem, followed the Padjelanta trail to Gisuris and entered the National park via Gouhpervagge. Hiked to the small connector lake into Algavagge all the way to Skarja. After multiple river crossing we reached the beautiful Bastavagge and the finally the boat ride from Rinim. Last part was spent on the Kings trail with a well deserved beer on Saltoloukta station.

Hello, i am thinking of buying an Enan but i am worried it could be to small. I was wondering how tall you are? Also how do you manage wet sleeping bags or gear in such a small tent?

När kommer hasselnutten tillbaka?
I just did 132 km in Sarek from August 16th to 21st and the weather was rather cold and the sun was very rare, when did you get all those warm sunny days?
Hi Tomasz, did you do a round trip or one-way? Could you share your route with me maybe? Best regards
@@Karlsson1896 sure, Day 1 started 14.30 in Kvikkjok (it was raining) got to Parek area 20.7km Day 2 climbed peak of Barddetjahkka, wanted to continue the ridge but weather was terrible, snow, no vissibility, 1C with strong wind, went down to Sahkok and the area of Renvaktarstuga 29.4km Day 3 followed the Goabrekjagas river, very hard, boggy land climbed Luohttolahko plateau, (beautiful, cold 4C)went down to Sarvesvagge, then up the valley to the beginning of Niejdariehpvagge, rain and super strong wind, especially in the night, hardly slept 22.5km Day 4 up the Niejdariehpvagge to Alggavagge then up and down to Skarja, occasionally rains but it was so beautiful, walked over little glacier 25km Day 4 down Raphajahka but the turned east to Bierikjahka valley and continue past Niendotjahkka 26.6km Day 6 by the noon time, (15 km) I reached Suorva damn and rejoined Kungsleden, still have hiked that day 20 km more but Kungsleden was so much easier then Sarek, sometimes I would hike easily over 40 km. I wanted to climbed more peaks then just Barddetjahkka (2007) but my trail runners were always soaked, temps were dropping down to 3-5C already on 1200-1300m, my feet were freezing, so I dropped the idea and sticked with valleys, passes and plateaus, All this to say it was unforgettable and amazing experience, some photos on my FB: facebook.com/share/p/1LpwguZmzgSgaCgW/
Vackert filmat.
