Sue you should take your two stamps that you made, fill an entire page with them and then put those in your journal and make a little journal tag with it explaining that you made these stamps yourself on such and such day as a reminder and a remembrance. Great job. Keep the videos coming you're doing wonderful

Tear ruler. Oh man what a great idea. Just pulled one off the cardboard and tossed it in the metal recyclables. Will be keeping them now. Stamps came out lovely. 😊

Hi Sue, great idea with the tear ruler, as you were showing us I had the idea of making a double edged tear ruler , and maybe mount the edges onto an actual ruler for stability and correct length?? You are a clever duck. I enjoy making my own stamps with foam, I use a double thickness (draw and cut out shape then stick it to another piece of foam and cut out again) it gives you that little bit of space between the stamp and the cardboard backing. These homemade stamps last a long time and you can make so many, your stamps turned out great, I really like the flower one, thanks for sharing your creativity. 👍❤️🇦🇺🥰

Aww fabulous, sticking to another ruler is brilliant idea! Yeah I imagine double thickness would give a deeper impression👍🤗😘

I thought your second butterfly turned out good enough. I watch Saacibo’s video and right away bought craft foam to make a stamp. It turned out amazing. But I want to share this with you, regarding your butterfly. USE IT! I promise you’ ll like it. My flower, was a larger version of my own doodle. Our doodles are like our signatures, unique to us. The first time I used my stamp... it was reversed! I was pleasantly surprised. I drew it how I always draw my flower doodle, only bigger. I did another, reversed it, and when I used it... it looked like my doodle flower.so much have two. I made a small journal to gift someone, and she commented on the flowers throughout the journal. She loved it. That made me happy. I’m looking forward to making more... especially after seeing yours too! 😊

May I suggest the pens are not running out, they just don’t like writing on foam.

You are brilliant! Decorative scissors can make interesting tear rulers, also. I have actually cut foam on my BigShot with dies for other projects. I'm also wondering if it can work using embossing folders. I think I'll go have a play! See if it works.

Great video Sue, as always, good idea for the cling film box edges, as you were talking about it, I thought of laminating card & cutting them up with pinking sheers & crimping/edging scissors, might work!? I think I will try it & see 🤷‍♀️ loved the stamps idea too, turned out pretty good, ❤🤗
