David Pearson in a pair of Habans, loafers and a button down shirt, smoking a Winston, in the pits. “Dave ya wanna drive tonight? Yeah that’d be ok” They found him a firesuit and a helmet, put him in a Hanley car went out and kicked ass! Ya got it, ya got it. RIP David Pearson, pure race car driver, same cut of cloth as Sr.

I personally LOVE when old drivers return to the tracks I don’t get to see it much being from the northeast and pocono Dover and the Glen don’t necessarily bring out the alumni but it would be cool if they could get drivers out there I know I’d love to see them when I go

Dale Jr. In my opinion, if you go back and look at the Tyler Reddick and Chris Buescher incident, I think you may agree with me that Buescher was loose and either hitting/scaping the wall before Reddick made contact with him. Reddick can't take all the blame for the incident. I've look at the video several times and believe Buescher has to take some of the blame. I understand it "sucks to suck; coming that close two weeks in a row, in winning a race. And as "Harry Hogge" said: Rubbing is Racing.
Nascar the only pro sport where you can buy your way in or be born into it. Lets see you pay the Yankees to play Pitcher. I raced open wheel on west coast. FM. Flew myself out to NC and went to a shop w Racing Resume. You dont take it to a shop u take it to a sponsor. Then you pick where u want to put your money. So u buy your ride. Thats why stands are empty.
I wish I could go back an encourage my shy an timid lil girl into doing more things with groups or teams. She is 14 now an even though she is happy an loves life she doesn't like being around many people at a time or doing anything in front of people.

That would be cool, but what I'd really like to see is NASCAR run historic races with previous generation cars. They could do 30 lap shootouts on smaller tracks sort of like Goodwood Members Meeting and I'd be happy

What are your thoughts since the Camaro is being phased out by Chevrolet and also the Malibu. What might be next car . Car and driver has a full page ad that says Pontiac is back, does that mean we might see a new Firebird in NASCAR or Cadillac part of GM May be interested in competing in NASCAR, since the Andretti Cadillac Formula One, Cadillac is sold globally, which may be a good way to get into other countries with NASCAR, what are your thoughts?

Unfortunately Rodney Childers any many other great drivers don’t get a chance in NASCAR because they don’t bring any money with them. NASCAR doesn’t have the best drivers in the world. They have the best drivers with financial backing.

It has been getting so old, and pushing me and this group of race fans away from your show, pod, etc. I love racing history, but the cast is very much becoming a commercial, and the show is a history of your vacations, and your racing, the business, the racing the business, your cars but i feel you getting to far away from the sport that made you famous....
