Attitude of a person towards investment may be affected by various other factors. Here the attitude becomes the dependent variable and the factors which are affecting attitude will become the independent factors.

Industry selection is based on how important a construct can be in a particular industry. If there is no literature that you have to have a solid opinion and arguments as to why it could be important

What is the criteria to select Industry?
Whether that variable is important for that industry.
How to select which type of Leadership is needed in future? I mean how to select just one type apart from Interest?
