Coming from South College of TN, I cannot express how much I appreciate you conveying this in plain english. Outstanding presentation. Thank you so much.
Can u plz tell me that my research article topic is correct or not. TOPIC: "The effectiveness of computer assisted language learning in EFL classrooms "
Thanks for the videos .I will like you to assist me with my project. Even after washing the videos i am still having problems deciding on the right research design to use.
Dear Grad Coach, Thanks for your informative video. Can research (thesis) use a Non-experimental descriptive correlational design (with Convenience Sampling)? For example, if the title of the research is "The Relationship Between X, Y, Z: A Study of ESL Learners ", can this research has research questions like: 1. Is there any relationship between X and Y? (Pearson if the data was normal) 2. Is there any relationship between X and Z? (Pearson if the data was normal) 3. Is there any relationship between Y and Z? (Pearson if the data was normal) 4. What are the most and least frequent Xs used by ESL Learners? (Frequency Table mean, SD) 5. What are the most and least frequent Ys used by ESL Learners? (Frequency Table mean, SD) Independent Variables: X and Y (Scale) Dependenet Variable: Z (Scale) As you see in this research (thesis), there are 3 questions that seek the correlation between variables and are considered as Correlational Design and there are 2 questions that seek the most and least frequent types of X and Y used by ESL learners and need to be answered by Frequency Tables which are considered as Descriptive design. My question is: Can this study according to its title (The title is "relationship" but the researcher meant different kinds of relationships not only the correlation (person) between variables), research questions, and its convenience sampling claim that it used a non-experimental descriptive correlational design? ( I mean at the same time the study used Descriptive design and Correlational Design (Non-experimental). Sincerely Yours, Mahdi Ghadamgahi

Where are you pulling your citation info from regarding quantitative research design, particularly descriptive research design?
Can u plz tell me that my research article topic is correct or not.

thank you so much Grad Coach, after listening from your teaching, I am ready to redo my job. God bless you
Wonderful!
.
I want desing related to insects fauna and analysis also software now widely use
What if there is no any treatment involved, but supposed to analyze using quantitative methods?
Is it automatically non-experimental?
Love your videos!
