In last video u add new mediators with old Iv and DV. In this video, we search paper for that old IV to add more new mediators. Now in this step I want to ask that, we have to select those papers in which there should be same IV and DV so that we can add new mediators? Or we only See IV like u did in 3rd ppr where DV is different.whereas in 1nd and 2nd paper both IV(HR-prctices) and DV(performance related) are same
It can be different IV and DV, but if they recommend a variable that is suitable for your study, you can use it. But for beginners you can go for a study that has the same IV or DV so that you can easily link them.

Sir i have some queries....
1. Do we need only quantitative papers to create a model
2 .maximum how many papers needed to attain my variable is new...
3.how many papers enough to create a model
4.i saw you took hotel for variables are you working in hotel industry or we can take variables from other organization based also.....
Try to have at least 3 papers. You can take variables from any sector as long as they make sense.
1-If i take new variable which is totally new and i didn't get that supporting paper .. So what do i do in such situations. . and
2 sir if take take that new variable then where i get questionnaire for this ..
3- if i create new research model for me does it difficult to model like sem or other which same researcher apply for the model
