    Sir, I am 72 . Is good to do weight lifting? Still I am going in gym 5 day . But I am not taking heavy weight . I am doing 5kg to 7.5 kg weight in biceps and sholders. In chest in bench going up to 12 kg . Legs weight 10 kg due to age I am controlling myself. I can not leave without gym . Hence it is good at this age.
