- The political insider leading the fight to unlock Prince Harry's US visa docs says the duke should be kicked out of the US if he lied.
Harry is fighting to stop the release of his immigration papers after concerns were raised over his visa application.
Right-wing group the Heritage Foundation is suing the US government for access to the paperwork.
Heritage argues that Harry's admission in his memoir Spare that he took cocaine should disqualify him from immigrating to the US.
The foundation said that Harry must have lied in his immigration forms - or was given special treatment.

The fact the DOJ told the judge they couldn't "find" the documents when they were ordered to produce them, and the judge gave them 2 weeks to "work harder to find them," makes what they produced suspect. If it is found that the DOJ falsified documents, heads should roll.
They should also look into Biden & Obama as they seem to be involved with the case.

The rumour is that Harry never had a visa in the first place. Barack Obama hastily visited the British PM’s office in February. This was rumoured to be about requesting a diplomatic visa to be issued retrospectively. A diplomatic visa would protect Harry from legal action. But Harry left the UK as a private citizen. He was not a diplomat or a representative of the Monarchy or the UK government. There is no way, IMO, that a retrospective diplomatic visa could be issued. Sunak (British PM) and King Charles need to be very careful. The public backlash would be big.
Why would the Democrats cover up failure by the Trump administration for allowing Harry to enter the US and remain without due process? That just doesn't make sense. Trump's administration had 10 months to sort this out before the next administration took over and they can't claim they didn't know Harry was in the country. Someone was asleep at the wheel in March 2020.
Did he, leave as a private citizen though? He and his wife insisted they were going to continue to represent HMTQEII in a 'new progressive way' and that the were considered IPP's still. He remains a COS on the royal website, at the time he allegedly entered the US, he still had the support of his father (remember, he claims the family didn't even know he'd gone to the US). QE2 didn't announce he and his wife has officially departed their roles until February of 2021. It's entirely feasible he entered using his CoS credentials and never applied for a US visa. If he DID, then their narrative about when they decided to 'escape from Canada' is false. One cannot get a visa in a matter of 2-6 weeks.
Harry’s entire life has been special preferential treatment. If he wasn’t a prince and brother of William, would he have qualified to get into Eaton? Graduate? Sandhurst? Get away with dodging drug tests while in the army? Become super popular as the “relatable” price by the public without the palace pr? Etc etc

If Harry filled out the same application I looked at on the Homeland Security website, there is way too much personal information about Harry, Meghan, family etc. for this to be released to the public. Maybe we will be able to see a redacted version.

Probably, and that might be why it has been taking so long to get the answer regarding the question of prior drug abuse. There are probably a few people worried about losing their jobs and pensions if they lie, or don't lie.
