You might not notice this but this guy actual does some good spacing at 11:35, He's able to keep corner pressure without to much risk of being hit via overhead

I'm loving this game. It reminds me of the fighting games of the 90s where it was much more about reading your opponents rather than memorising ridiculous combos.

I'm curious if Genjuro still has his command throw where he stabs the opponent through each lung and kicks them off his sword. That's an AMAZING follow up to a throw. Hurts like hell too. Good 10-15% Do it all the time on SS4 Bust Genjuro.

If you're just starting out? FighterZ. Spam out light combo = Newbie destruction. My one buddy got a 20 win streak the ONLY time he played ranked. He used Hit, Gohan (Adult), and Beerus.
Yeah that works until you get higher up and then it's ultra instinct or get bodied

man I really wish fighting games could pull huge player base numbers. but sadly for alot of people fighting games that are not easy 3d anime fighters are to much work. the sad fate of samsho with the limited following fighting games in general already have is probably not great. I am still really tempted with it being 37 bucks on amazon to get it anyways even if online match making dries up
Sadly, a lot of people see learning fighting games as a chore. I know the learning curve is the charm of fighting games in general but a lot of people just don't really get why a lot of players put time and effort into learning a game.
You gotta do a better job of not letting the opponent get their sword back after you flip them. Like most of the time you needlessly over-pursue and they just pick it back up. At 18:05 you just had to jump to the left side of the screen and turtle down. If they're screen-locked then the round should be done.

Imagine the entire round feels like that. If you’re still interested then yes buy it. I’m loving it honestly. The mental game is huge. Button mashing will get you killed.

As a Yoshitora main that was unbearable to watch. Clearly his Haohmaru play was way better. That Genjuro though, DAMN he/she is at a few orbit above.

He will get worse once people get used to playing against him and start countering appropiately
@@MrJogle345man No he won't, it's about the tools he has vs everyone else's... Unless they nerf him, I don't see him dominating less than now. He's just got too many available tools PLUS massive damage. Compare Jubei to Genjuro... Jubei's got shit to work with. SNK fucked up giving Genjuro so many moves while a lot of the characters have so few.

The players were good but let's not get ahead of ourselves and forget they're playing the uttermost top tiers, and they can afford a lot of stuff because of their invincible DPs while you had none so they can just yolo jumpins all day without fear of punish amongst other things.

20 win streaks in this game are insane simply because of the Issen and the ridiculous noob comeback mechanics. In fighterz good players almost never lose against slightly worse players.
Btw. can I take this opportunity and just say how broken Genjuro is compared to most of the cast and especially the lower tiers? Whoever claims that lower tier character are viable in this game must be having mental issues. Just compare him to Nakoruru or Shiki. It is beyond stupid and another balance team just showed its utter incompetence.

I think is pretty legit. Less chaos means that you feel every impact, everything is clear and easy to follow. I see the game working very well for those who don't play. Also, things like deflect and blade catch in a clutch moment is pretty legit.
for me it's hype... even if you're watching it live... you can hear the crowd screamin' during the last round where two players are in a chunk of health 👌
This game is boring to watch... DBZ is much better.
Not sure what you were watching...but this was rather tense and exciting...plus dbz is just the same combos over and over...rarely much change in gameplay so it's good to see a different game once in a while...but if you wanna watch that...then go watch it
