One of my favourite food 😋 i like to cook it in 2 forms : original fried tempeh and sweet-boiled tempeh.

@@ashlynprather45 in Indonesia it's called "Tempe Bacem". It'll not be broken when it's boiled if you choose the high-quality and has been on time fermentation.
