the ingredients:
500 g minced meat
One green pepper
Onion
salt
black pepper
Two eggs
Two tablespoons of white flour
3 cloves of garlic
Two tablespoons of olive oil
5 boiled potatoes
150 g of cheese
3 tablespoons of milk
Thyme or oregano
Ready tomato sauce

this is just a different version of sheppards pie, without any veges.
The first part looks like how I start my meatloaf except I put about a tablespoon full of A1 steak sauce in my meat mixture as well.
Love the idea here though and the potatoes and cheese on top look great. I would have put some broccoli on that plate to get my green veggie in the mix.

Yes, this requires and most hearty sauce. I would use my homemade tomatoe sauce or even a good quality sauce without the water.
I do this with a can of good tomato soup, and because it's a 2 cook recipe it's perfect for our menu at the small café I cook in. The customers love it.
What do you serve it with? A salad? I was thinking tomato soup too!
