4 tablespoons of oil (80 ml).
1 head onion.
2 medium potatoes.
Chopped cabbage (400 grams).
1 carrot.
3 green peppers.
Half a red pepper.
1 teaspoon of chili peppers (5 grams).
1 teaspoon of black pepper (5 grams).
1 teaspoon of salt 5 (grams).
For the mortar.
3 eggs.
Less than 1 cup of milk missing (170 ml).
Less than 1 cup of yogurt (170 ml).
Half a tea glass of oil (45 ml).
2.5 tablespoons of flour (35 grams).
1 teaspoon of salt (5 grams).
1 teaspoon of black pepper (5 grams).
1 packet of baking powder (10 grams).
1 pinch of parsley.
Grated cheddar cheese (200 grams). - Хобби

Just made this recipe tonight: used coconut milk instead of cow milk; used cashew yogurt; used plant based cheddar shreds. Was absolutely delicious.
I am new to vegan/ plant based diet, so it’s so good to hear what you can use to replace! I am also having to ge GF so what other flour could I use? Almond or Besan ?
@@TheVenessa1952 I believe besan = chickpea flour. I've had pasta made from chickpea. It was delicious. Please try the besan (chickpea) flour and let me know how it turns out 😄

I’m not a vegetable eater but for health reasons I have given up meat so I search for recipes that I think I might like and try them.
This recipe is AMAZING! I tweaked it a little, I added spinach, garlic powder and replaced green peppers with yellow and orange, I may try it with green next time I can see where they would give it another level of flavor. Might add mushrooms next time also. Thanks so much for the new healthy veggie dish that I love. 👍👍

I’ve been trying to eat less meat these days and your recipes are so flavorful and delicious that I never feel like I’m missing out or deprived of that meat source I would have normally eaten. I have no doubt this healthier cabbage dish is just as delicious as it is beautiful in appearance. I'm on a Keto diet, so I swapped out the potato with rutabaga(other option I may try is swapping it with cauliflower), and swapped the wheat flour with almond flour. Came out quite nice. Thanks

As I'm contemplating doing it, I am NOT a big eater whatsoever but when I do eat I'm probably eating the wrong stuff, like for example, a cheese sandwich, or beans on toast, quiche is another favourite of mine... But I still am gaining so much weight and it's actually upsetting me now.... Could you please offer any advice? And the keto diet and what way u do it.... T. I. A 💜
@@yalldontme.......251 I have felt better since being on a keto diet. I'm no expert, and I’m not super strict like some people(Usually fall out of ketosis once a month, because I get cravings and are too lazy to spend the time making something). There are many good websites with info and recipes. Pita bread is a good substitute for normal bread(lately I've been using a modified keto sour bread or Turkish bread recipes(no oven required). My advice for weight loss that could possibly help is cut one lemon up put it in some hot water(probably 2 cups) let it simmer for a while, strain and let cool. Next is all depended on your taste, I started with adding one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar(now use two) a small amount of cinnamon, ginger, turmeric and paprika(especially the last two go very easy on them, just a minimal pinch until you acquire a taste, or you will regret it). And for fun put your earphones in, turn up the music and go for a 20-30 min walk around your neighbourhood three times a week. Enjoy the view and smell of people flowers and once a week, find a beach, a different suburb, a nature walk and wander around for 45-60 min and enjoy the view and life in the great outdoors as we are supposed too.

I can go walking alright but gets so boring when you're just walking along the road side all the time! Nearest beach an hour away, no park's nearby, but I should get out more... I'm cleaning out my refrigerator I got a bunch of vegetables that I needed to use so I actually added one jalapeno red bell pepper green bell pepper put mushrooms in it spinach cabbage garlic. @@jennyanimal9046 well glad you didn't use that amount of Jalapeño as that would destroy anything else you might taste. While they are bell peppers you can get these in differing sizes. If you look at the Red Pepper used that would have to be a good sized bell pepper, whereas the green look more like three green peppers you would get in a pack of smaller ones.

I had doubts at first about the combination of cabbage and potatoes, but the result is wonderful.
