Hi there, Im trying to find information on this. The video says that Jupiter perihelion is in October, but I see online that it happened in January 2023, is this correct? And what are you referring to by 'maximum'? Thanks in advance.

He didn't explain that - You are inferring that. The actual Jupiter/Earth/Sun alignment occurs every year, not every approx. 11 year solar cycle or Jupiter approx. 12 year orbit
So you you don't even have a correlation let alone evidence for a cause.
@@babajaiy8246 you're right I have inferred that. However Jupiter's orbit is 11.86 years and the solar cycle can vary between 8 to 14 years with an average of around 11.5 years so I think linking it to Jupiter's influence is a fairly safe bet.

No, it's not a 'safe' bet.
Jupiter doesn't only tug on the Sun once every 11.86 years, it tugs on it all the time so there is no cycle of causation influencing a solar cycle.
The Earth coming in between occasionally doesn't add or subtract anything to the matter either as that happens every year too.

Actually I have grasped that everything is connected along time ago. And because I realized that along time ago - I also knew that everything being connected to everything else doesn't mean anything is causative for anything else - just because of their innate connection. You are confused.
If you yourself actually google what you suggest you won't find confirmation of your hypothesis. For three reasons. One is that the full solar cycle occurs every 22 years - 11 is only half that cycle. What this means is that the peak solar cycle of most activity occurs every 22 years and the trough of the solar cycle is every 22 years. So Jupiter every 11 years is having an opposite effect?
No it's not because it actually is not having a causative effect. Second, Jupiter is always pulling on the Sun at anywhere in it's orbit just the same during any position and any time of it's orbit. Thirdly, the actual time frame of the solar cycle(even half cycle of 11 years) is not the same time frame of Jupiters 11.86 years. If you only look at one sun cycle and one orbit of Jupiter - which is what you are doing; It would appear Jupiter has a sync of timing - when in fact it doesn't. If you expand out through a number of cycles it's easy to see that 11 vs. 11. 86 produces an expanding separation of timing. Just because of that 0.86 difference means that in just about 7 years, where at the start of Jupiters position in its orbit when it also corresponded to a peak solar cycle - To that exact same spot(Jupiter in its orbit) about 7 years later - the sun will be neither at a peak or trough of a cycle. This highlights my second point about anywhere along the orbit.
So again it's not my inability to grasp how everything is connected - But your inability as to what that really means; That everything is connected
In astrological archetypes, Jupiter is mainly seen as the Great Benevolent, because usually its effects are most likely beneficial. But it is mainly a booster, a great one that is, and it will augment, usually for the better, it will give. But like anything else, too much of a good thing can also become bad.
In such bad disposition, we may tend to eat more than we need, simply because we have so plenty. In fact, that is what Jupiter precisely does, it gives plenty, and the lesson of it is to learn to manage plenty and not squander those resources, whether it be intelligence, energy, imagination, etc.
Astrology goes about exploring the details of a system and it does so by starting with precise mathematics. It will first ask, where were you born, precisely, in degrees, and at what time, precisely to the minutes. From that point on, astrology will consider this for everyone : everyone is affected by the 9 mains celestial bodies, Sun, Venus, Mercury, Moon (why Moon and not Earth ? Because we are on Earth, this is where the born starting point is and what is precisely what we are interested in studying through the various influences of the other celestial bodies), Mars, Saturn, Jupiter, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto, and those celestial bodies, among other celestial bodies, represent archetypes and have order of affectation, meaning the Sun is the greatest and first effect of them all, it represents the WILL and the heart in the human body, and so Astrology will tend to consider this notion to be one the most important interpretation, and at time of birth, all 9 bodies find themselves in one sign or another (signs are derived from Rulers of the sky, the 9 main celestial bodies) and so the Sun will be in let's say Aries, but Venus was also in a sign at the time of birth, Mercury and all the other bodies were in their own signs too, (mathematically calculated according to your time of birth, it is that time of birth that precisely indicate where are the signs in your celestial chart). Since Astrology consider the Sun the most important and effective body, we will generally talk about the sign of the Sun as the main sign of someone, BUT, it's not the only sign, there is actually 8 other signs to consider, but since none of them is as effective as the Sun, we all simply tend to say 'I'm a Capricorn, you are a Gemini' and so on, but what we truly are saying all the times is 'My Sun is in Capricorn, my Sun is in Gemini' but then you would also have to say, 'My Venus is in Aries, my Moon is in Taurus, my ...." but simplicity purposes we all simply say I'm Capricorn, she's Gemini but it really isn't all there is to define about that personality, that personality is in fact affected by 8 other celestial bodies each having their own sign, and moreover, those bodies and sign all have a House, a 'domain of action' in a human life, and so all those details shape the person you are and the conditions and area of life that will be more predominant than others and thus shaping destiny differently for everyone.
But everyone have more than one sign, it is just that we will consider the Sun sign the most important and effective one and we will simply resume a whole lot of details to a single term, he's Aquarius.
It's like saying a car is a car because it has wheels but it could also be a truck, it could be a bicycle, and so the differentiation is in the details. As such, some of us are more of sport cars, some of us are more of family cars, and so on because our destiny is shaped with different tools to start with, some are taller, some are more intelligent, some are more artistic, some are richer, some are more limited, and yet, we still make it through because that is all there is to do.

And anyway what happens when we are on the opposite side of the Sun to Jupiter, it's not deflecting any comets on our side of the Sun at all, so what nonsense is this 99.9% claim? Quite the opposite. The Sun and Jupiter orbit the centre of mass of the solar system.
As does Earth.
So we are furthest from the sun when ALIGNED with Jupiter, and closest when Jupiter is directly BEHIND the Sun.

Sadguru is 'wrong'. The way he is talking about including Jupiters approx. 12 year cycle and Earths alignment between the Sun and Jupiter suggests he is saying this only occurs once every '12' years - when in fact the 'alignment' occurs every year, although not at the same time every year.
In other words, it's an insignificant 'event'.
Sadguru puts on the coat of a pseudo scientist and preaches to the ignorant sheep.
The paths are elliptical so every 12 year the alignment is when they come closest in a straight line. I live in North America and I can literally see Jupiter with my camera zoom next to the moon

Let's put it in days for both so Jupiter is in days 11.86 x 365.26 = gives us 4331.9836.
So how many times does 365.26 go into 4331.9836? It certainly doesn't do so evenly - which means a planar alignment rarely happens - It certainly does not happen cyclically every 12 years of so.
