The first bit with the kawii monster cafe gave me a sensory overload. Looks like a lot of fun though, I know getting a taste of another country is such a blessing. Glad for the safe trip

I want to go SO much, Japan has officially replaced New Zealand as my #1 bucket list destination. (I mean, I still want NZ on the list, but Japan is something so very different from all I know.)

You two looked so happy it reminded me of a 'slice of life' anime. I would travel there just for a day at the Onsen followed by a dinner in that garden. Japan is beautiful.
I want to go so bad I could cry. I've been learning Japanese for the best part of this year and I've got a few lovely pen pals who I skype with and they send me pictures and things in the post and the more I learn about Japan the more I fall in love with it. The way you've filmed this video is really beautiful, the colours and the way you've captured everything looks absolutely magical and I'm so happy for you that you got to go

This is a good Japan-guide video. I've always wanted to go to Japan but I have no idea what to do there or how to make the best out of my stay. All of these places look like fun! Thank you, I'll probably use this for guidance. ...Also, I'd like to go to a Pokemon center too so...
+Kai Somethingoranother I'm so glad! Make sure you head to an onsen - it was amazing. I would recommend Kaguwa theatre in Roppongi and booking tickets to the Ghibli Museum a month ahead if you want to go.

I haven't toured Asakusa though I should've when I was there!
I totally missed the garden, onsen, and that garden eatery spot!
Shibuya was definitely my spot among some other non-main district areas...
I definitely was diggin the garden spot near the Tokyo Tower (I DON'T KNOW HOW I MISSED THAT!!!)
I recommend the next time you get to go back (i hope you do!!!) Akihabara (the tech district), Azabu-Juban for a quaint people watching spot, Ebisu, Odaiba, Ginzam and Shinagawa are all fantastic!!!

I just came back from Japan and absolutely loved it!! I can't wait to go back to Tokyo! 4 days there was not enough time!! That being said, I spent 3 days in Hiroshima (got to visit Rabbit Island! BUNNEHS!!!) and spent a week in Okinawa; the snorkeling was fantastic!!
I burst out loud at 3:14 "COOL! TAIKO DRUMS!" That's so awesome, truly! You've given us two videos of Japan trips and this one I might prefer simply because, unlike Burstasia which is artistic but very fast moving, you've given us time to dwell and absorb some of the most beautiful locations and scenery (and intriguing urban spots) you visited while there and it is just gorgeous! Thank you for this glimpse, Shawna. I am very grateful.

That looked amazing and enjoyable. I noticed a Pikachu at that Kawaii Monster Cafe. At first, I wasn't sure what my opinion was of the location. Then I saw that dessert. If I ever get to go to Japan with enough money, I want to go there, among other places like anything related to Pokemon and swords. That Gundam statue looked so damn big and awesome! Made me ponder about Power Rangers, Zoids, and other stuff that I can't recall at this moment. I want to go to Japan, too. Sigh.

I went to shibuya for this years halloween. now picture what you saw when you crossed only you couldnt see the road because there were literally a million people crossing at once. Odaiba (where the gundam is) was super pretty. i would totally like to live in that area
