How often risk assessment has to be reviewed? Is it annually or once is done and there was no building structural changes it doesn't have to?

The general Risk Assessment has to be reviewed whenever there are changes to the : people, environment, materials, equipment, processes, and legislation and the Fire Risk Assessment. For example if the building was done and there are changes to legislation it would have to be reviewed to see if all the measures that are in place adequately meet the requirements. ...
