You mention that at a warm temperature it is a liquid, but as it cools it solidifies. This is the exact opposite of what their website states: “SmartGel is a liquid which responds to heat in an extremely precise way. The gel solidifies in warmer temperatures, and liquifies in cooler temperatures.” I would have thought it was the way you stated, but I guess not. Regardless, love your videos and insights!

I use the Peter Thomas Roth Instant Firm Eye as a temporary mask, rather than as a leave on product as intended. That way, I avoid the white “dust”. However, if you combine the Firm Eye with a tiny drop of a liquidy primer, you can escape the white residue. I just prefer these eye tighteners as a mask that firms up the under eye, as they don’t play well with makeup.

There is no residue because you rinse it off completely after the treatment. Love this!
