This is a circuit with no rest between exercises.

Heel taps 20s
Elbow to knee side crunches 20s

Rest for 1 min and repeat the cycle 3 times!

I just wanna say thanks, cause I've been doing abs for a year now, and I saw a heavy difference in my 4 month, but didn't really improve much at all the next 6 months and I slacked off the last 2 months, but this really helped cause I was only doing normal sit ups

yeah sit ups are notorious for getting very easy very fast so it’s good that you started using other ab workout methods
@@acari9921 yeah crunches are far more difficult, cause that last bit of going up to your knees make it really easy
Abs are a waste of time, I never train them, just do other muscle groups that will actually make you good progress no matter what you train for
(This is an endurance workout not to build muscle) I’d u wanna build muscle add weight or get leaner or see your abs

@@ybctempest6311 No cap. Granted, I started out doing planks, crunches, flutter kicks, etc, but to really take it to the next level all I did was leg raises and twists. Quality over quantity my friend.
I do Russian twists too,with some water bottles to add more weighs. Very good alb exercise

Thanks so much I always would try to find exercises and now I found one so now I’m going to have a nice journey with my abs but I’m at a very very young age and I think I’m fat but I want abs and I been wanting them now and don’t have to wait a year for it but I’m going to wait and slow down on food and eat salads and go on a diet and tell my family I’m going to a diet

I am doing 100 sit ups everyday and oblique Massive training and also hip bridge i guess and I don't rest until it hurts
100 sit ups won’t give you abs but it will make your core stronger

Question for all work out enthusiasts. I am a 16 y/o male that weighs roughly 155lbs. I currently work out at my house and would say I have lean muscle. I do often find myself snacking on goldfish, oatmeal cookies, etc. but I have a very high metabolism rate. So I never really gain weight, I plan to use creative and protein supplements when 11th grade starts. My question is that is it ok that I eat like I do, I do eat relatively healthy and I’m made good meals, but like I said, I do like to snack on junk food.
It's okay to eat junkfood sometimes, working out should be enjoyable and sustainable. However, you shouldn't indulge and should definitely cut back, especially if your goal is to be/stay lean rather than just get huge without any regard for fat gain ("dirty bulking"). Try adding stuff that isn't supremely unhealthy to healthier foods and snacks in order to get protein, healthy fats and complex carbs while still getting plenty of taste; for example, cinnamon, whipped cream, various extracts, etc. Also try to replace sodas with healthier juices or protein shakes, and things like cookies and chips with dried fruits and banana chips. You could also look into healthier desert alternatives, like protein mug cakes. The most important thing with bodybuilding is to hit your macros, make sure your micros are good as well for your overall health, and (if you wanna get or stay lean) to stay in a rough caloric deficit. Like I said, this has to be sustainable though, so don't try to completely remove foods or snacks you enjoy from your diet, especially not immediately.

For my 6 pack, I usually work with stability exercises mainly like exercises. That work the frontal plane. Like the the suitcase carry and dragon flies.
Just do negative dragon flies if you cant get up and down.
You can do the suit case carry as a farmer walk with one weight in your hand then switch. But i usually do the chaotic suitcase carry.

cap, u need to do harder exercises that only make you do 12-15 reps to make them grow, so do leg raises and hanging leg raises, those are the best.

Yes. The proof is in all the calistenics channel guys that have abs. There are so many exercises that use them so it is easy to progress

@@Ok-fu5yi that doesn’t make any sense. You can build any muscle with bodyweight exercises. Does this mean that it’s the most effective way to do it? No, and the same is true for abs
@@Bynasf The biggest reason why weightlifting has been proven to be better for building is because of how easy it is to change the weight when you get a little stronger. You can add 1 kg to the benchpress but if you want to train chest you have huge leaps from pushups to archer pushups. That is not true in the same way for abs since it is very easy to change bodyweight abs exercises very little to make it a little bit harder
You don't really need heavy weights,expensive equipments or gym to work your albs. You can use some home equipments like water bottles. Very very good
