- Admiral Nakhimov is the T10 Russian CV and is a mix of Chkalov and Pobeda - it has Chkalov like crappy fighters and Pobeda like insane DPM, but at a cost.
If there are too many AA ships on the enemy team or a competent CV player, you're in for some trouble... so beware of the false impression that this is just another broken CV.

Hehe… it’s because it’s impractical - unless you have a clear path to the enemy cv, you will be flying twice over enemy AA, depleting your squadron in the process. When it works, it’s a great troll move 🙂

Oh I might have missed it.. fighters as always and then manœuvrability. Torpedo bombers as elite.
One very unique thing about this line is the DB torpedo range. BBs with good AA you can drop alot further out and save planes. The torpedo speed is very good and they wont be able to dodge.

For starters, midway will always be a great choice. I prefer single fighter squadrons as well.

Can you please explain what is -5% dive bomber range? I am primarily a BB and DD player so relatively new with CVs. I tried to search on my own but didn't get proper results for it.
It has never been explained; we assume it means it’s 5% more accurate.
@@deathfromabove432 Thanks buddy that's still a better explanation than WG provided to it's global player base. I configured my Shokaku for better torpedo bombing and my Black Shokaku with -5% dive bomber attack range to get the best of both worlds, hoping it meant the same as you explained. Thanks for your help brother 😊👍🏻

Haku has less DPM than others, am I missing something or is dpm not the most important stat
@@skyeplays1772 no, DPM is important, so is alpha strike, planes speed, fighters performance, amount of squadrons, fire and floods..... Haku torps are easier to put on dds for example than nakhimov with its 3 squadrons.
