Black Lightning, top tier DD and a great shipyard pick in World of Warships Wows Blitz

Lightning is already excellent, so how could Black Lightning improve on it?
Simple - replace AA with rapid reload and give enough turret rotation to use the reload mod. Great destroyer with best in class manoeuvrability and excellent torpedo DPM. So nice to see this in the shipyard!

I have this in my collection and it’s a fun t8, very slick and maneuverable. Just make sure that you have cover if you get overwhelmed
