I'm from Greece as well, and this was my favorite song last year. Unfortunately, Eurovision nowadays is not about beautiful music and meaningful lyrics, and that's why "toy" won. I still listen to this beautiful song really often though!
Eurovision has changed to much. It's about landlocked countries keeping their neighbours happy and to not piss them off, in my opinion

Actually Brendan Murray was much better than this and I think he deserved more than Austria or Denmark, he had the skills, song was powerful and he was great on stage. Still a little pissed about Ireland and Macedonia not qualifying last year.

I agree with you, but Eurovision isn't rigged xD It's very rare that non-Eurovision type songs win, meaning like in 2017 where Portugal won, that was a shock to a lot of people because the song isn't very "Eurovisiony" and those songs usually win. But there's been other times where a song with a deep meaning has won, it just doesn't happen very often. But the contest isn't rigged.

I got to say this is probably my favourite song in Eurovision this year. I'm going to keep listening to it even when the contest is over, and that's saying a lot! Honestly it is such a beautiful, beautiful song. I absolutely love the simplicity and genuineness of the music video too.
