Sorry to hear that Neil take care and hopefully back soon. A reminder for all runners to be thankful to be able to go do it.
Absolutely Stephen. I've rely missed it. But good to go again hopefully from next week. 🤞
Hello my friend,,,
Very beautiful view 😊😊😅😅
Nice sharing 😊
Thank you.
Sorry to hear that these issues are still causing you trouble mate. Fingers crossed your next appointment sheds some light on things so you know how to proceed.
I think I'm nearly there Mark. I feel back to full health. I'll know next week.
So sorry, Neil! I’ve been plagued with low iron issues most of my life, but never anything this severe. Hoping you get some answers soon. Take care! 🤓
Thanks, Heather. It's been a long road but I'm almost back on track.
Hey there Neil, I know this is old news, but I have to say it's tough when something you love is put on hold, but your journey is a reminder that sometimes a break can offer unexpected insights and a chance to reset priorities. Wishing you all the best! 🏃♂💪
Mate that sounds absolutely awful! I had hope you would be on the mend after your last video. You can see the sadness in your eyes when you were talking about the trip to the doctor's. I hope they can get to the bottom of the problem and you can get back to running soon Neil! Take it easy mate! 😎🤘
Started back running this week after 6 weeks out. Feel back to normal for the first time in 2yrs. Looking forward to ramping up again.
Take care Neil and I hope the issue is sorted soon and you're feeling much better. It can be really hard when you can't run but also a good time to take the opportunity to do other things and also rest for a bit. All the best
Thanks, Ben. The first 3 weeks were ok but the 4th and 5th week I felt I needed to get going again. Almost there.
Aww that’s tuff Neil. I hope your doctors get it all sorted out soon. All the best.
Thanks, Sid.
Wow, I didn't know you could tear your stomach that way. Hope they find the root cause and its fix and you'll be able to resume running the way you want soon!
Hi Neil, sorry to hear this, take good care of yourself👍💪 Hope your great kids are ok! Best regards Paul, Marjolein, Milou and Luna
Thanks, Paul. This was recorded the Sunday after I got home from Portugal. All good now and back running this week.
Good to hear that Neil👍
Wishing you all the very best. Loved your video of Dublin Marathon last year stealing Jaffa Cakes lol 😂 I’m running Dublin too this will be my first full marathon so looking forward to the fun it will bring!! 🏃🏃
Ah great stuff. I'm glad you enjoyed it. I'll be taking it handy again this year and I'll have the GoPro. Make sure to say Hi if you see me.
@@RunSensible will do 100per cent 👍👍 looking forward to the whole experience of a full marathon. No expectations for me just want to get around in a decent time and pace that’s the plan at the moment
@@KM19795 that sounds like the best way to run your first marathon. If you need any advice or help just ask. This will be marathon 22 for me.
@@RunSensible wow that’s amazing 22 well done that is some achievement 👏👏👏 thank you any advice would be greatly appreciated. Think for me it will be don’t set off too fast or otherwise I’ll pay for it later on & fuelling right. Moving towards 30K runs in the weeks ahead, I’m doing the Big Half in London a week Sunday then I have Royal Parks Half beginning of October with a couple of 10K’s in-between. Should be a good indicator of fitness level
@@RunSensible struggling at the moment at week 7 of training with tired legs but have been averaging 30miles to 40miles per week so have gave myself a few days off just to let the legs rest a bit as maybe overtraining a bit. Speed session last night and I was hopeless I couldn’t keep up. Want to be right for Big Half too so have dialled down to 20miles this week that’s the aim and hoping legs settle down a bit 🤞
Sorry to hear of the enforced layoff. Fingers crossed the medics can get to the bottom of it.
It looks like I'm going to be alright. The vid was recorded 2 weeks ago. I'm feeling great now and start back running today.
I'm looking at Newport, Wales Marathon in April. Have you ever done it or heard of it. It's pancake flat.
@RunSensible Never done it but Rachel D and Andy Raynor Forest of Day Runner made great Vlogs this year.
I hope it's nothing serious! Take care
Thanks, Chloe. I'm almost there.
Saya mendengar kan penjelasan kakak sangat bagus
Thank you. 👍
Good nghit
Thank you
Neil, can you still walk very vigorously instead or cycle? Or swim? I really hope you get better. (By the way, I am on iron all the time, without iron, I can't even walk up the stairs. But I can't be bothered going to the doctors properly because it's a pain to even make an appointment.) If you were a lady, I would suggest dancing too, great cardio. Or try Nordic Walking. I know it might look silly for a man at first but when you use the Nordic poles properly, your arms work too and you take pressure off your spine and joints. My mum does it very quickly too. I probably will have to jog with the speed she Nordic Walks. There's other ways to keep fit and to escape.
Scary stuff. Valuable info to many though I'm sure. Mind yourself.
Thank you. If it helps one person I'll be happy I made it.
