Hey Josemanu. I have a prospect who in his first season had acceleration potential with two arrows going up. Next season comes, it shows a flat line that his acceleration Cannot increase. Is there any reason for this?
He might reached full acceleration or ur on a development plan that does not grow his accelaration
If u are a big team u can put these players on the loan list. But if u get an offer that says Loan to buy that’s not good. They could buy your player so press delegate and to loan and however long u want him gone. I’m West Ham and I have a lot of prospects so there on the loan list.
If you don't want to play them then loan them to a small club so they get play time and set the loan for 1 year
my players never start. It always seems like the teams that want them are too big of clubs. Do I just decline all offers unless they are a super small club? but then the super small clubs never offer. How do we fix it?

@@benharwood6975 no shit!?!?! I'll have to go and confirm this. I've been ending loans because of the 0 GP. But the next problem is, the teams that typically loan the young 60 rated players, have too many players higher rated in the same position. Which makes it seem that the only way to grow youth squad players is to keep them on your team and play them as much as possible.
When I do this they want loan with option to buy and then won’t accept loan?
Thanks! Pulled a 6'6 Physically Strong LB/RB with 90-94 potential! Converted him to a striker and he is a BEAST! Won the Golden boot in LaLiga 2 in only his second year. My tip is to aim for tall strikers when possible. I feel they are a little OP tbh.
I had a good player with potential to go to 88,

Jose, did you know that if you take a player and put him in your squad, lets say he is 60 reated, and has 0 plus on sharpness, and he is a striker. If he has more sharpness points on other positions he will surely go up in rating. For example if he is a 60 rated striker and gets a plus 3 sharpness as a winge, he will be a 63 or above rated winger. You can chek CaniSport's youth academy career mode. Like so Jose can see.

if you make guerreiro from dortmund into a CM he goes from being a 83 LB to a 87 CM and his worth grows by 140% in just 4weeks
@@smid702 yeah i bought lewandowski's regen and he was a 77 rated striker coz he didn't have great finishing but i changed him to a winger and he went up to 83
once had a youth academy player with an overall of 47 he was an attacker, changed him in a winger and went up to 65, gaining a +18

The best youth academy players I’ve ever had were from Germany! One was at 93 with Frankfurt (CM) and the other one at 97 with Waldhof Mannheim (RM). Also I was very successful with Spain, England, Wales and other British countries.

@@smedolp8870 You’re welcome mate. I would also recommend Russia, Ukraine, Croatia, Slovenia, Austria and Greece to you. They’re not the best countries in football, but I’ve got some pretty decent players there. Especially Russia and Croatia brought me some very good players. The Russian went up to 94 and the Croatian to 95!!!

I have players that don’t grow anymore after they hit 86. The growth menu will show - everywhere, especially with goalkeepers.

The issue with not having your player on balanced growth is he will only improve on the option that you have selected

@@matthewlyons5859 if you have young players in good form they do. Look at how many weeks are left on the development plan and if there’s less time left on a different plan switch to that one and you’ll get the fastest growth.
Finally someone realising this, keeping him on balanced Will produce exactly as good player, better all-around, but If u want/need that player to Be class on few stats But otherwise stinker then its okay to put something Else. Allways have Midfielders on balanced and also depends on player

No problem.... save your career before your first report and if you don't get any decent players... exit your Career Mode and do it again... it may take time and patience... but I always get 2-3 really good players in one report (using 3 scouts). Good Luck.
Also do certain countries, if you want defenders or gk, do Germany or Australia, i find great ones there. If you want some insane midfielders, i would recommend ukraine, i get some beasts from there. Also do france, spain, Portugal, and American
I don’t even save my career before the reports come back…If you get scouts with 5 star judgment you will get good young players…it may take 2 or 3 months but you will get multiple
Don't sign players from scouting too academy unless the pot is 80-94, and their value before you sign them is higher, if value is super low their starting ovr is very low so will take too long to get then to pot, i have signed youth into academy with 65-70ovr at 15-17yo but it takes time and patience

I have a question do if you win your matches will this still work?
To improve the ratings not good enough for the squad you NEED to loan them otherwise they wont play at all.
I've only ever gotten one good player and he is a GK with PTBS, currently 77 rated

If you promote the youth player to the first team its very important to give him gametime. If you not give him game time his potantial status will be downgrated.
Yeah true I always put them on loan to a smaller club to get game time then they come back with a higher rating to start and train

I have messi’s regent and I play him all the time and he got to 88 rating in like less than 2 seasons but he stopped increasing idky he is a starter in my team

Easy done with a lower league team though. What about if you're a premier league side? Can't play poorer players then. Loans aren't guaranteed either.

A lot of players start out under 70 overall u just have to train them

Performance grades. If you get a good performance (around 8 and 9 or even 10), their form will become “good”. If you start getting those more consistently, it will become “excellent”.

That means that the plan you assigned is complete. He can grow a bit more if you change the plan form say: poacher to complete striker

Promote him and loan him out... he needs some playing time... sitting on the bench will not help him out.... and leaving him in the academy, he will not grow a lot like playing for the first team... Good Luck 👍🏼
