  • Thrusters and navigation
Enjoy six degrees of freedom and employ hands-on control with retro-thrusters or use strategically placed industrial thrusters that fire on demand. Indispensable for heavier ships, but can drain your fuel reserves fast.
    Mining
Scan and mine asteroids. Different asteroid patches will yield various resources. To identify which resource can be mined in a patch, a chunk of ore needs to be delivered back to the station for inspection. Resource scanners can help you identify full asteroid composition.

Thanks for finally making my dream game. I sunk thousands of hours mining in eve online. Any change for alpha? Can't wait!

Same man, still playing EVE but I can't wait for this to come out!

Same, but i'm still quite concerned. I mean they call it real time survival strategy with tower defence elements. Not sure if this will catch the same gold rush like feeling i often had in EVE while exploring the belts and looking for valuable asteroids. Sounds more like a mission based game, instead of a open galaxy.

This game looks so phenomenal. Are there any plans to bring it to console? We've been lacking quality space games and could use a gem like this.

I guess this mining feel will stay between X4 and Elite Dangerous... And this is awesome!

realistic-ish newtonian movment in space is definately plus and a good argument for the game

It does not have Newtonian physics. just alot of Linear Interpolation in the code

this reminds me of a mobile game on the mobile platforms that was released years back in the 2010s(forgot the name) but it was this same concept of just mining and defend your base from attacks untill you eventually get destroyed.

Will there be anything like asteroid breaking such as that in Elite Dangerous? I don't remember the exact terminology.. But you would attach a few well placed explosives on a rock and detonate them to get the goodies inside. Always super satisfying to see and do.
+1 wishlist though, keep up the awesome work.

This looks like an even more boring eve-online mining op. It's a complete ripoff of it with complexity. And by the looks of the video its even slower then eve-onilnes already progressive mining, collect, compressing, refining operation. This missed the mark by a million miles.

What you fail to realize is that a lot of people want and need the simulation from a space game, not the arcade pew pew. Mining has always been an interesting subject when discussing space games genre and not many games managed to make it feel "realistic". And this game here seems to be the first of it's kind. Eve pulled it of beautifully, but at it's core not many people that love simulation are keen to dive into a huge economically player driven MMO.
