My calling as a stake temple family history consultant is centered on getting the LDS faithful to go to the temple to do three things. Baptism, Endowment, Temple Marriage. The more covenants you make the greater your success in the gospel. I'm still learning about my calling and trying to be innovative with how the youth can best make family history fun, a part of their daily life not just for Sunday. I'd like to be a family history/temple trainer in the best sense of the word not just talk about it, but to actually do the work by learning computer systems, being a better organizer, be a better speaker, learning to be a father to the youth. The scripture verse "Faith without works is dead." Comes to mind because action and motion are required to build the Kingdom.
