I'm not really an Assassin's Creed fan and I've always looked at Halo and The Elder Scrolls when it comes to the best video game music, but this song is just freaking amazing.
Shane Johnson you must play ac games, they make dependency like drug and when you play ac 2, you are so hyping
Way late, but the crysis 2 theme is beautiful.
Time shift...amazing game
everyone should play atleast the Altair and ezio games
@@rahatzaman4158 I mean....dont play assassin's creed 1. I'm sorry, I liked the story but the combat is so easy. You can defeat a 60 man army with just the counter button. But the ezio games are masterpieces. ALL of them.
I jog to this song almost every day its unreal what kind of euphoric boost it gives me even after listening it so many times
Euphoric is the perfect description, every instrument and effect is meticulously crafted and performed
Epic music empowers us!
If ACII were made into a movie just the way the game went, along with the same music, characters, story, etc. It would win every damn Oscar there is!
Assassin's Creed deserves a TV series instead of a movie.
Darkness Slayer
That would honestly work better there’s a lot of story to these games and to squish it all in a 2-3 hour movie would be hard as hell
Assassin's Creed: TV Series would be better than a movie
@@shainechristianocampo6302 There's gonna be a Netflix adaptation soon, I think.
@@bkproductions383 Yes. judging its trailer, it would focus on Ezio. Hopefully, Netflix will not disappoint us, brother

GOOOOOOOSEBUMPS!
Remember the days when Assassin’s Creed used to be about assassins
Tbh, AC made Italian stuff so attractive. That include the landscape and the words
During the Carnival, during the Rooftop Race, when you're racing against time, this is the music that plays ... oh the memories.
1:24 and this is the part where Ezio was climbing the roof of church with his brother at the beginning of the legendary AC ||
I remember ❤
I failed 10 times that mission cause this was my first game and didn't know controls ❤
When Assassin's Creed was Assassin's Creed and not a Witcher 3 nerfed to casual hack'n'slash with must-to-be-something story
not me remembering about that one dude who was as fast as flash racing against him to get the last flag
Petruccio: Bruh i want some feathers.
Ezio: Drops the best damn song to be ever heard in the whole Assassins creed saga
utter brilliance of a composition.
Brings back memories of when AC was in its prime, fantastic writing and music and unforgettable characters
aah good old games, miss those times when microtransactions were not the backbone of every game
Back when Assassin's Creed was a series to be proud of. A story unlike anything seen before, with excellent game mechanics to keep the experience fun from start to finish.
Then 3 came along and with the "conclusion" to the Desmond storyline, the series just became white noise.
Imagine of ubisoft re-released ac2 with current graphics.
Abhinav Kumar Kinda a Remastered Ezio’s Collection out therez
@@baileyspicyman6898 he means an AC2 with Origins or Unity's graphics engine
I sincerely dont know if that would be good or bad news🤣
I would buy a GAMING PC if it happened
While I love AC2, the game certainly did not age well. It has had it's glory.
Remaking it might re-awaken or even surpass it's glory days. But it might just as well be it's downfall.
I've just arrived to Venice for the first time. Been listening to this for like an hour walking arround the narrow streets while it rains.

The series had it's ups and downs, black flag for example was amazing but I think ac2 is something different. AC2 is an absolute masterpiece and it will always have a place in my heart
Same 4 used to be my fav but now it's 2 perfect sequel
I went on a trip to Venice with my family last week. This track frequently played in my head as I was there. The place looks just like it does in the game only with an additional 500 years of development!
This epic soundtrack always gives me goosebumps
As an Italian I can Say that this Song Is beautiful
The sunlight in the game and how the city looks in the middle of the day was a unique experience
This would have been a good soundtrack for the movie but hey guess they though modern music would be better! I love these games though man! Brilliant music

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!
Bought new headphones just to listen this masterpiece
the nostalgic sounds bring tears to my eyes. one of the best games and ost ever.
In this game i feeled like an Assassin...i feeled like Ezio...well i still want a 4th game of Ezio Everything he teach us everything we learn and...
"When other men blindly follow the truth, remember.
Nothing is true.
When other men are limited,by morality or law, remember.
Everything is permitted.
We work in the dark to serve the light.
WE ARE ASSASSINS!"
R.I.P Ezio Auditore Da Firenze We will always miss you.
Dude had two sequels to compose for in early 2010s (AC2 and Darksiders 2) and he just COOKED!
Man i remember one of the carnevale quests, where you have to run against other people. And i was running on the rooftops by night, with fireworks exploding everywhere and that music comes up....
One of my all time magic moments in videogames.
To me, this is probably the most beautiful video game ever created.
I am playing the Assassin's Creed game right now and i just love when this soundtrack starts :D It feels like you jump from rooftop to rooftop better!
1:24 adrenaline kick in
God damn its such a great feeling to hear this after so many years. Brings back great memories back when Ubisoft still cared about character development and not have to choose a boy or girl character.

@@renneko345 Your life will be interesting upto Edward's Assassin's Creed!
@@cvprasad9620 What about the others? Do they suck or something missing that does not make it interesting?
@@renneko345 Unity and syndicate has got great gameplay! But open world is smaller than black flag, most importantly their stories are very very weak compared to Ezio and Kenway trilogy. AC4 naval combat was outstanding but unity and syndicate lacked that. Origins has AC4 vibe and great character too!! Origins is great! But the same cannot be said for Odyssey and Valhalla.
This song makes me emotional , reminds me alot of memories of my childhood , games like this one , will never be made again
I played assassin's creed 2 for the very first time ever and I absolutely loved it. I am immediately invested in the story of ezio auditore.
back when ever ac was good
Let's hope it has returned
Origins might be a godsend for our fandom, still won't top Ezio though.
AC Origins is very cool game ;)

Whiners gotta whine. Origins is actually amazing, despite what I originally expected given the recent games.
