The only thing i like about having long hair is when you lie down on a pillow and your hair goes on your cheek it just feels like heaven to me of the softness. If you dont like long hair thats fine with me plus you look good in it even if i dont know you but still you look great
yeah,I don't like my hair getting tangled everyday,it hurts,so I started hating my long hair,it's long again,and unfortunately the tangles are back =.= luckily I can just put my hair in a ponytail when I wear my pokemon hat

Well my story is unlike most comments. Like all east asian males I had been forced to have a crew cut till the end of high school, and it was disastrous, so ugly that I wanted to scream everytime I looked into a mirror... It never really got better until I decided to keep it long enough to do a ponytail, and that was when I accepted myself for the first time. Now I enjoy a slightly feminine look, and I hope those trapped in stereotype can find their own way, too!
I was able to experiment with both and now having long hair, I miss how easy it was to wash short hair TT....good times

When I was younger I had long hair that was thick and got lots of compliments and when I was in the second grade I decided IT GOTS TO GO so I convinced my parents to chop it all off and when I tell you I can't agree more about the weightlessness it's amazing. One thing I disagree with tho is about ponytails (just my opinion) When I could put my hair up I despised it and refused to. I had/have a very tender head so I hated ponytails to the point when my hair grew to medium length in middle school they had a dress code during PE that we have to put our hair up and the only acception being your hair is to short to put up, I chopped it again.
My entire family is planning to cut very short hair. ESPECIALLY THE SISTER AND THE GRANDMA(but only because someone is having hairfall and one became a nun)

I have short hair i prefer it even though u haven’t get it cut more often I used to have long hair but cut and donated it to the princess trust they make wigs for kids with cancer
I have not had short hair since I was like 8. and I'm going back I don't care if it looks dumb because of how my hair is it is just too much work. it does look epic long tho
i have short hair now (shag / wolf cut) and everyone tellin me i looked better with long hair bruh...
as someone who had both, short hair is the best out of the two imo as well

so I have had both short and long hair beffore Im a biological male and when I was like 12 I thought I was trans so I grew my hair out Iv learned since then Im not trans but I still kept the long hair my experience with short hair was I had a buzzcut (kinda) and so did my brother hes younger then me but Im kinda short so we looked identical since we were similar hight and had the same haircut (we even worse similar clothes) so in my old school I was mistaken for him alot with long hair Iv been told to do stuff with it and all I say is I CANT BE BOTHERED and they leave me be I only have one storry about my long hair that I find funny and it was when a random old man in a shop came over to me and called me a woman .-. I just stood there like :> this is fine

I have long hair, and it's easier than short hair for me because my hair is very wavy and when it's short it just gets poofy and impossible to deal with, but long hair keeps it weighed down.
