I used the Fixed speed Cruise function on my 2004 Subaru,
The Vehicle accelerationed for me, But it didn't brake for the Autistic kid crossing the road,
I had to Apply maximum Braking,
In effort to Stop faster, I used the Parking brake to Stop the car,
It didn't work,
I Spun off the road into the front window of a Daycare...
In All seriousness tho, Please be more specific when talking about the Cruise control function on cars.
As some cars only accelerate and NOT brake
