Nice pickups, the Trident coin is sweet, I grabbed one of those direct from Scottsdale a couple weeks back and am very happy with it. I’m thinking about an antiqued Justice coin haven’t pulled the trigger yet. We seem to have similar likes.

Nice pickups. For me, Buffalos rounds are fun to collect. I have more than 40 different ones made by (I’m guessing) 35 different mints. Haven’t quite warmed up to a female in a Sioux war bonnet. Not sure why. I have other fantasy pieces.
You've got some great pickups! The Peacock bar looks much better in your hand than the ad. I like it! You gotta try some Bison meat. I have St. Gardens as my EDC round. They're one of my favorites!

Subscribed. Nice!! Your dollar cost average for the 10 ounces is $35.92 per ounce ( not sure if you included shipping costs in your total). You may want to keep track of your DCA over time if youre new to stacking. I keep a speadsheet with all my purchases so i know exactly where I stand.
@@rabidghost9649 appreciate the sub, and that's definitely a good way to keep track of the cost. I got a portfolio set up for the cost of all my silver, however a spread sheet might be easier to keep certain pieces on one screen as opposed to one I'd have to scroll through I'll keep it in mind.
All the coins are interesting, but I like the cowboy and the 1 oz bar the most. The only thing I didn't like about the presentation is that you often turn one coin over to different sides, and I don't have time to examine the details. I think it's better to hold each side for a while and turn it over once.
One thing I have never done and never will as a silver stacker is purchase online. I have one local solid jeweler that I always go to for my purchases. I pay very little over spot and he guarantees all of his merch. If you don't have that type of dealer around because of your locale and have to purchase online because it's more economically feasible, I understand. Otherwise, shop locally from a reputable source.
I deffinately agree unfortunately its over an hour drive for me to go to a store. I received an sd package on Saturday. Tube of random date second hand eagles I bought was in a bubble wrap bag in a box. top popped off of the tube was loose eagles inside the bubble wrap bag. They were mostly all heavily scratched from shipping. Sd was so bad. When I called and complained they told me there was nothing they could do as they weren't bu coins they say the scratches won't effect the value and they won't replace them. They offer me a 5 dollar coupon. I estimate I lost about 80 dollars from their bad packaging. I continue to complain and insist that this was their fault and the coins were damaged and finally they agree to replace or return them but I have to pay for shipping and they told me twice that the replacement might not be any better then what I return to them. NEVER AGAIN SD!
It's true that fractional Silver is more expensive, but so is fractional Gold. However, I think there are advantages to have fractional, and there's one other thing that makes a difference. Everyone's stack of precious or monetary metals is going to be different and it's going to reflect the personalities of the people buying it, so your stack should filled with the stuff that you like. Sure, people like me or anyone else can give you their 2 cents worth of opinion on what you should or shouldn't do, but at the end of the day, it's gotta be about what you like and what makes saving and the hobby of collecting all of these different pieces fun and satisfying for you. The fact that you're buying is honestly the biggest thing. Just doing that means that you are giving more security to your own future. Plus, it's just true that for every person that is converting their depreciating fiat currency back into real money, everyone around that person is likely to be better off in the future than they would otherwise have been if those people weren't converting back into real money by buying things like Silver and Gold. I'm sure the same is true in your case. I'm not much for the bigger bars, but I have to admit that Scottsdale bar is stunning in the extreme...very nice! On the Justice coin, actually, you got Gibraltar right, but reading Latin...well, that takes some skill. Most people can't pronounce words from dead languages. You should check out some of "THE KANSAS KIDD's" older videos. I think he did some videos on his collecting of the variety of Buffalo rounds that are out there. And I honestly can't remember, but I want to say that he's been able to collect something like 15 to 25 different Buffalo round designs. The ones you have are pretty unique, so they might be something new. I don't remember having seen them, but given how spotty my memory can be sometimes, who knows? I know I don't have any of those for sure. Very cool! I wouldn't worry too much about your lack of education in this area. We're all learning. 5 years from now, you'll be a pro at this kind of thing and you'll wonder how others don't seem to know what you do. 😄 Great pickups! Keep stacking! Don't pay for priority shipping ,because the regular shipping in my experience was always pretty quick.
I'm a stalker also I stack coins rounds and 5 oz bars I think once you start stacking the 5 oz bars you'll never get to 1 oz bars again
