i'm in my 50's and i'm tired of life but this woman is 75 who looks so young for her age loving and living the life to the fullest.
That song "Mickey" was so iconic and so is Toni Basil. She rocks!

I relate to her. Still dance, still get funky, I'm 74. Bad knees now though. Used to go to NYC underground discotheques in 1970. Did the James Brown gliding steps myself and turned 3 times, Now I just do one turn. lol. I'm unusual for my age people tell me. But....She is unbelievable and inspires me!

I remember the video well, when she did the back arch kick I could tell she wasn't a youngster as she didn't quite pull it off flawlessly like the 16 year old Head JV cheerleader I dated just a few years before in H.S. could. But that is an extremely difficult and technical move and she got it good enough to pass muster...she is an amazing athlete and talent and so easy on the eyes too
