Sunrise Medical Q500M Wheelchaiir review

- Disclaimer: Sunrise Medical, Olympus, DJI have not asked me to make this video, all opinions are my own and have not been influenced. I received the Sunrise Medical Q500M from the NHS Wheelchair services as my condition has worsened and continue to get worse as time goes on. i require further spinal fusion surgery in the future and my condition is T6 Incomplete Paraplegia. I have had to get insurance for the wheelchair, and it has a seat belt for added safety. the chair is OUTSTANDING!!, being able to tilt back it eases the pain which enables me to spend more time with my family. out and about it handles curbs, off road, pavement with ease as it has upgrading outdoor wheels. There is 6 wheels each independent with suspension. I cannot recommend this wheelchair highly enough as it works exceptional indoors and outdoors.

Would love to see what it’s like on grass and uneven terrain

I was just curious if anybody could tell me the real difference between the Q700M and the Q500M I just ordered the 700 M I should get it in January at some point but I was just curious what the difference is between the 500Mand the 700M by looking at videos of both wheelchairs I can’t tell a difference
Thanks for watching. The q700 is more focused on outdoor performance. It's the level above. It has more durable suspension and a more smoother ride. Mipy q500 had upgraded tyres and suspension for off road stuff , thigh plates and the extra tilting which I think is standard on the q700m. Hope this helps Clitheroe way will not be disappointed. It helps me stay out of bed longer by utilising the tilt taking the pressure of my spine.
thats very simalar to my powerchair goes through standard size doors,the only problem i have got is its too big for my car so i have a mobilty scooter for the car, and i live on top of a steep hill so cant go too far out in case it doesnt get back up the hill,
I'm waiting to get WAV as my condition is getting worse so NHS wheelchair services upgraded my chair that will adapt as I go worse but the chair doesn't fold but it does tilt to 50• to take the pressure off my spine and the chair weighs 15 stone so having to look at what I can get which is so stressful.
Hi does the back of seat fold flat
Hi. No it doesn't fold the other models may do but thus one the Q500m doesn't it does tilt back to I think around 50° which is perfect for taking the pressure of your back and bottom and it helps so much for me to be able to stay up. Thanks for watching and sorry for thr late reply
