I've avoided this machine as it looked complicated. Seemingly others feel this way too as ive rarely seen anyone use it. Had a look at this today and it will be one of my new fav machines 👍
Perfect way to isolate the hip flexors. Hip thrust is great as it targets the hip flexors, glutes and hamstrings but this is the isolation you need especially if you run or walk alot 🔥
