      They probably thought you were doing a new exercise, so all good. You might even see some people doing what you did cos they thought they had learned something new.

    I love this I do it a few times a week. I hate switching to a zillion machines for legs this hits most of the spots.

      yes, but should have made it a little heavier. This machine works well, but I prefer the Nautilus hip and back, but it's even more rare.

    I swear this machine is for rehabilitation purposes , no activation at all just range of motion with slight resistance past the initial inch of pushing

      Might need more weight or raise the pad higher to feel more resistance or both.

    Pelvic posture is very important in this workout.
    With an incorrect pelvic position, they destroy entire lower vertebrae.😳

    I am not feeling my glutes when I'm doing the kickbacks in this machine...I don't know if there's something I'm doing wrong

    Should the knee be bent so the hamstring is contracted fully and thus not contributing to the movement thereby focusing on the glute ? Or am I incorrect here? Thank you for your answer

    To be honest this how you build your glutes more hip thrust you don’t need all types of exercise you just need to know how do it

    what is the maximum of the stack? You should start the hip flexor with your leg extended behind you.

      Yes, when I used this machine for hip flexor strengthening, I started with my knee bent, and behind the leg I had down. He is close though.
