Lololol I used it for the first time today, was wondering wtf that handle was for, couldn’t figure out how to adjust anything. did my sets and was wondering why there is no range of motion… Having watched this video umm turns out I did all my sets with the brakes on. No wonder why I didn’t feel a thing 😂

@lewis3k we just got new matrix equipment at my PF gym (Aug 2023) and I using the new elliptical. However, the resistance level increases as my workout goes on , which I DO NOT LIKE . Im having to keep pushing the resistance level panel to keep it at 0% but it keeps increasing and will reach 100% and at that point my knees are so high it feels like Im jumping hurdles. How can the resistance level be set at 0% and stay at 0%. I DONOT like this equipment. Life Fitness equipment far better than this.

This set comes with 5 bands of varying resistance, a storage bag, ruclips.net/user/postUgkxS7ex6L4sMqpaTn4LnBPyBmRQsSingL8y a small pamphlet with some sample exercises, and an access code for an online workout video. I haven't viewed the online video, so I cannot speak to the quality of that piece of the set. However, everything else is perfect for what I was looking for. The bands are durable, and the resistance strength varies enough between bands that they're each useful for different exercises and provide a great challenge as you gradually increase the resistance level for certain exercises. The only band I don't use very often is the lowest resistance band, but even that is nice for exercises that target weaker/seldom used muscle groups.

Hip flexor exercise also targets the rectus femoris.
Wrong! Function of the Lats is shoulder adduction and extension so you need a close grip near and pull your arm close to your body Function of the Traps/Rhomboids is scapular retraction which is better emphasized by a wider grip

Well people with a brain would realize this person probably had nothing to do with the design or performance. But I get how that would be hard for you. Just be honest and say you don’t like seeing fat people. You’d sound a little less stupid
Bought one couple months ago. Actually a really decent elliptical machine. Compared it to Precor, LifeFitness and Technogym elliptical before by manually test riding on all these machines for around 20 mins on different days, ended up buying the A50. Been kept using it ever since mostly by myself, and occasionally by family members. Have to say, A50 helps me increased my lower body strength as well as some back muscles. A50 is really challenging. And their more affordable model Horizon elliptical is also very well made.
Perfect way to isolate the hip flexors. Hip thrust is great as it targets the hip flexors, glutes and hamstrings but this is the isolation you need especially if you run or walk alot 🔥

I've avoided this machine as it looked complicated. Seemingly others feel this way too as ive rarely seen anyone use it. Had a look at this today and it will be one of my new fav machines 👍

Silly girl.. you don't stop and get off to swivel the seat into oblique mode.. you should work it into the routine and change fluidly from left, to right, to straight, and repeat often 🙂

0:25 that machine is balanced, which means that you don't need the same weight on each side. You can have 100 kg on the left side and nothing on the other side and it won't make a difference.

@@dalewilson9602 she went pronated not supinated with the grip, hence the question you hero. And wide overhand grip is working rhomboids, your neutral grip will be more lat dominant. This chicks got it completely wrong lol but oh well
