This was a pretty badass video funny too. But mostly I luv the how u put the song battle of heros in the battle scene and how almost everybody dies at the end. Great job!!
this map is great and it is a lot of fun, but what aggravates me is the inability to land ships on the planet (except for some odd locations which took a lot of trial and error) and that my game crashes to desktop after the match is over, it never gets to the leader board screen. but besides those two cons, it is a great map and I appreciate the modder who took the time to make this.
Rumors are that Disney may be shutting down Lucasarts, so I wouldn't hold your breath. It is true though that Lucasarts and Rebellion Studios are apparently working on a game to be released on the next gen consoles, and Rebellion made the Battlefront spin-offs on the PsP and DS, so there is a bit of a chance. But then, it could turn out to be yet another project that will be cancelled.
when you fly down to the planet, the scale of things is so off. The planet looks really big and then suddenly it seems like really small when you instantly get to see the AT-AT walkers and such. Hopefully when Battlefront III comes out (I'm being optimistic) it'll have space to land battles, and you have to win one of them to gain an upper hand or stop reinforcements etc. And hopefully you can fly into the atmosphere for a few seconds without instantly being in the battle
You aren't too bad, I just play this game all of the time with my brothers. I play on a ps2. I don't know if it changed much though. My only Suggestion is that instead of running into the object you're shooting, make a turn around at low speed, go fast away, spin back around slowly, and slowly approach while blasting away. That tip does leave you with the possibility of getting shot down and you will stray from other objectives. My point is, don't crash. My apologies on my negativity, but I've
Sadly, Battlefront 3 will never come out. LucasArt's made sure of that. But a FPS that includes Space to Ground combat would be a dream. And you would have to destroy Space Ships to stop ground reinforcements, etc.
i love this version of the game, for psp i think. all that space combate and planet combat in one sexy package! i bet lucas arts is working on a new one for ps4 and is just keeping their mouths shut until offical console release.
And one more thing for now... It might be that I'm not so fond of watching others play. I am driven for my own battles, because I control what happens. Watching someone else's gameplay reduces that drive, and my pessimistic mind takes over. You really don't stink, that was just my first impression. I was probably mistaken.

Okay. Maybe I was a little critical. People have different strategies. If I knew you better, and played on the pc, I would definitely like to go against you. I defeat the computers and my brothers so often that I'm probably useless against players. I wouldn't know. I don't have broadband on my ps2 and the computer gameplay could be harder too.

It was shut down completely in April, and restored on May 3 for an "unknown period of time", in which not the entire country is supported. It redirects a lot of people to "Escapist Magazine" because DNS lookup identifies it as having the same code or something like that.
