Felucia is such an iconic planet and I'm so glad the reboot faithfully recreated it and filled it with so many cool and interesting details. It's easily one of my favorite maps from the reboot.
They definitely did a fantastic job and it's definitely the best version of Felucia ever made. They really did it justice and went above and beyond in details just like with their other maps 👍
I really wish I could turn off all enemies, out of bounds restrictions and just explore the map. It shows just how much work DICE put into making the maps come to life
The crashed LAAT in the original BF2 also appears as a command post on Dagobah, only if you play in the Clone Wars era. It replaces Luke's sunken X-wing.
There are similar details in Battlefield 1 and 5. It’s nice to see DICE call at least a little attention to the harsh realities of war, fictional or not
I know it wasnt everyone's first choice for a new plant and most were looking forward to getting maps like Coruscant or Utapau but im really happy we got Felucia. Its one of the most beautiful and unique planet and they really did it justice

The Acklay was first introduced in a 2002 movie : Star Wars Attack of the Clones. The very first Battlefront game came out in 2004, 2 years after the movie. Hell we seen Acklays in Star Wars Galaxies even, although it was in the 2nd or 3rd expansion.
Appreciate the feedback, I'm just trying to increase retention in different ways, & when I use it I mostly silhouette thing that I'm just about to talk about so its not fake, but ultimately ill see if it positively effects retention or not.
@@Penthast I don't think its considered "clickbait" if its in the video itself. If you've already clicked on the video and you see a silhouette with a caption saying 'coming up next" thats not clickbait, that's whats called a 'teaser'. Kind-of like how some channels play a short clip of an interesting part of their video at the beginning to keep you watching and guessing whats gonna happen next

3:45 none of this implies flyable vehicles. They're nothing more than set pieces for the campaign. There might've been plans at one point in time to have flyable vehicles in those maps, but the mere presence of an LAAT doesn't confirm that.
@@BadArt268 I just don't like when creators make these grand assumptions that are almost always incorrect, mainly because they don't do their research before making a video. Not saying Sinnoh isn't doing a good job, I enjoy this series quite a bit, I just have to point out inaccuracies.
It definitely could, because air vehicle were originally planned to be available on all maps just like BF1 until the feature was scrapped due to hardware limitations. So anti air guns on maps were most definitely originally made to counter air vehicles and therefore are a big hint at their original purpose.
@invaderIRK1 it could yes, but it's very unlikely. The AA guns were for the mission objective, nothing more. They showed footage of a clone in a LAAT during Utapau to give the mission more detail. Mind you they were working off of MP assets here, as it was a MP first and foremost
@@scarletcrusader5431 I wouldn't say its 'very unlikely' because the existence of those Anti-Air guns themselves is proof enough since its already confirmed they planned to include flying vehicles as i mentioned before. We don't know exactly which maps they planned to add flying vehicles on if it was a select few or all of them, but AA guns are a good clue as to which maps it could have been. So its not unthinkable to assume they might have planned to have flying vehicles on the map at some point, especially since the AA guns serve no real purpose in the story mission anyway.
Ironically, Felucia is the map i hate the most BY FAR in the reboot games, it's such an annoying map, everyone camos way too much into the backgrounds and people using glitches to get to the top of the map is just stupid.

I played this game for years and never knew there was dead Rancor's throughout the map
The battles that happen of to the side of the maps is such an amazing attention to detail and adds alot more emersion to the experience
