I personally think the Clone Commando is the best. That middle ability especially with the 66% longer duration card is insane. With no other class have i been able to face tank so many enemies and even heros and straight dumpster them
I personally love the Ewok! It’s my favorite reinforcement. It’s just so fun to play on Endor in the second phase to hide in the bushes and take out enemies as a Ewok.
It may be my nostalgia goggles form always liking the Ewoks as a kid but I love them too. The aim assist with the bow and the small stature allowing you to take cover easier make these little guys a lot of fun for me.
Dude for the rebel aerial, I was so sad when they changed the blaster to the new one. I loved the old a280 with its 3 round burst. It felt like a better version of the assault a280 but now I hate the a280c which is the one that the rebel aerial has now. The a280 with the burst was one of my fave guns in the entire game and they removed it from rebel aerials.
I have played battlefront 2 since it came out up until early 2019 mostly because I lost interest but I came back because of all the new stuff and I thought wow this is gonna be great but then out of nowhere they just stoped it’s a shame this game still had so much potential
It was doomed from the start, after all this was the game that tarnished EAs reputation and literally caused legal troubles on lootboxes, although after it came out on PS+ it got a player boost and it’s actually very fun now. (Except for Galactic Assault, the only people who like that are either sadists, masochists or psychopaths).

The clone commando is great and my favorite in my opinion, their launchers are helpful when it comes to tanks or crowds, and their gun is like a submachine gun type blaster which is perfect for close quarters
My top 3 favs are: 1. Death Trooper - I've held so many objectives and killed many low tier heros. 2. Resistance Jet trooper - that blaster is perfect. 3. Clone Commando - Love the grenade attachment 3. FO Flamethrower - Saved my allies from jedi heros, tanking objectives and I love causing panic 5. Droideka - Flank the enemy, say "Hello there" and blast away
I remember once holding the main entrance to the reactor room with a B-2 enforcer (along with other people, but they were constantly dying) for a very long time. Maybe around a minute. they only got through when I was flanked. I would absolutely pour fire into the hallway and periodically launch a rocket. A pair of Super Battle Droids, with backup (officers are really good in combination with re-enforcements and heavies) can hold a point FOREVER
I once saw 3 Droidekas holding the engine room on their flagship and no one could really get through them, so I pulled out my Anti-Armor Attachment with my Clone Commando and went to town. lol. Great day for kills and objective destruction that one was.
B2s are like walking juggernauts. It can be almost impossible to kill an experienced B2. However they're not broken while still being very good, and that's why I love em
I'm more impressed with the Ewoks after discovering the auto aimbot they have, previously I was dumbfounded how they could cost 2000, but I've gotten quite a bit of value out of them now
True but they are very situational and only work on maps like Yavin IV or Scarif where you can hide in the bushes and pick single targets off. Other maps you are too exposed and become an easy target as your auto-aim bow's dps can't even match that of regular troopers.
Only good if you know how to use them, if you stay in the back of an primary entry of your team in a map where your team is attacking or staying away from the objective in a map where you defend then you can easily stay alive the entire match and get an insanely high kill-streak. Also the Ewoks are not as situational as people think, you have the secondary fire for long ranges, the primary fire for medium ranges, and the spear for close ranges. If you are on a map that doesn’t have any dense foliage then use your teammates for cover. Just try not to make yourself noticeable and stay mobile.
The droideka is definitely situational but it does what it needs to do in those situations. It’s cool basically having a vehicle option in capital ships.
i think the biggest problem with the reinforcements is the inbalance of the factions. while the galactic empire got death troopers, rocket troopers and agents, the rebels only got one really good reinforcement which is the rocket jumper because wookies and ewoks are really not that great in most situations.
@@BaileyGriggs-t8hBecause of guerrilla warfare and very very well planed tactical strikes, in any open battle, no matter how well the rebels fight they get overpowered. Ep 4? Was a single strike at a weakpoint and all the squad minus luke died. And he only survived because Han came back. Ep 5? The rebels get severely steamrolled in every way posible. Ep 6? They had help from the locals in endor and even then they were having it rough. And in the ship battle they were getting murdered until the shield droped, then, they blew the star away and fled. What I do is I barge in with a tank-like vehicle and then eliminate a whole bunch of people, and then I exit the vehicle and go on foot the rest of the way. It's also a really good distraction and makes the enemy think they took it down.
No because its all about playstyle for instance If you play assualt: you dont know how to aim so you spray and pray If you play heavy: your good at soaking damage but your normally the first to die If you play officer: you know how to aim and use your ability correctly but you die from overconfidence If you use specialist: you prefer to stay back and pick people off while your team does most of the work
@@squag0711 the only one of those that seemed remotely accurate was specialist, and even that one doesn't account for the many people who use the specialist aggressively.
Unfortunately they suck now, they are completely outclassed. The death trooper > wookie differential is one of the primary reasons Empire is more powerful than the Rebels (the other reason is ATs).
@@pizzawonderer5024 they weren't really that good but they were a tanky unit that could heal themselves. Now DICE removed the heal ability in order to differentiate from the death trooper and replaced it with the slam ability. Good luck getting in range of the enemy to use the slam ability with a slow huge carpet that is so easy to hit. The death star is the only place where it may be used in close quarters combat but even there I'd rather just play with the rocket trooper - cheaper and way more effective.
I think this is the abosulute best ranking. Every single claim is justifiable and I double checked all stats and I can’t see any other better ranking. You’re a genius!
I think he underrates the aerial troopers. The aerials have a very high skill ceiling but also very high potential. I consistently see aerials in top 5 on supremacy. They are not as all round or easy to use as lets say a death trooper, however they can dominate under skilled hands.
Playing as rebels has me really conflicted on one hand I love most the maps and they have the best and most fun heroes imo but holy shit they have by far the worst reinforcements I HATE playing the wookie and the ewok and their rocket trooper is aight but not the best
I can agree with the third place for Commando Droids, my first ever game of Battlefront 2 online, I picked them up and had them at level twenty in a single game. I can't agree with second for Death Trooper though, I have almost never failed to slaughter the enemy with them. I wiped the enemy team like three times on a very good day. Oh and that was Galactic Assault.
No clue what your comment means but it isnt the best, you are being subjective to the republic. I wouldnt be surprised if you dont play all of the gamemodes and choose to only play republic
While I agree they aren’t the best (Sith infiltrator gets that) clone commandoes are hands down the second best reinforcement. When paired with the extended middle ability perk and health regeneration on kills you will be nigh unstoppable while you have the middle ability active. You can even solo non-Jedi heroes if you know what you’re doing and keep solid headshots.
Once I picked an Ewok for the joke of playing as the worst class I obliterated a Vader, the player was awful but seeing an Ewok kill Vader with a BOW and arrow is awesome.
Started playing the game recently when it was given out for free and i fell in love with the commando droid immediately due to the very high mobility that they have.
before i watch the video im just gonna say this idk why: but i absolutely love the rocket trooper. I picked up the game about a week ago, and have played it a ton, and i just always gravitate to the rocket trooper, sometimes over picking a hero. I just love the mobility and how you can get yourself out of almost every situation, i really like the blaster, and it has a freakin rocket launcher!!
Only about a week huh? What system do you play on? Also, yeah the Arial class is amazing, just never put the time in to mess with it myself. I'd prefer my Enforcers. lol. And to think I used to only use the Infiltrator class, although those Sith Troopers are very powerful. I'm still sad they nerfed the ARC Trooper like they did
Of course u like it. Rocket trooper is the second best overall reinforcement. I'm hunting heroes with him easy cheese! He's also better than many heroes!!!
Using a droideka, I find popping the shield only as your health starts to gets low is more useful. Then while the shield is active, regen health. Effectively increasing your total hit points. Combined with using middle ability at mid ranges, you can still eek out some good damage. Starting from flanking is definitely important when you can. Love the droideka. Play with a droideka friend and hero hunt. The two of you can kill pretty much any hero by flanking on either side at mid to long distance. They can’t block you both, and if they choose to run at or of you, that one balls up and runs away. Rinse and repeat and hero dead with time wasted. Droideka is so much fun.
Recently I've been realizing just how good the arc trooper really is. I had a supremacy game today where I pushed into command posts and through capital ship defences with him, and killed like four or five heroes throughout the game. Got first place in the game, would definitely recommend.
So many of these reinforcements didn't exist when I played; the ISB agent looks really fun. I remember picking that battle droid over actual villains a lot of times just because I liked playing it so much.
He always speaks so highly of the first order jump trooper yet I have never seen somebody play him well and I can’t play him well either. Whenever I go up in the air everyone shoots me
@@moff_gideon Being a moving target doesn't really help. By moving around with the jet the only thing you're doing is making yourself a prime shooting target
Then you're not playing him correctly, just strafe in the air or spazz around whatever works for you and due to the splash damage you won't be able to miss a shot, and you can melt and pepper heroes easily.
You should do a star card video for this and also a final one with blasters for the assault and the other (sorry I do not know the group name for them) and also a rank for them sorry for sounding demanding but these are really good and helpful
B2, my beloved... Haven't played in a hot minute, but I remember being able to be downright oppressive with the B2. In my personal completely biased tier list they will always be #1

Well they should have fixed it sooner instead of 3 years later so it’s their fault. No excuse to have such a trash game and being to lazy to fix it for that long. This game should have been the best Star Wars game of all time but they dropped the ball. How does a Star Wars game not have obi wan and anakin in the game at launch????????? The clone commando is great and my favorite in my opinion, their launchers are helpful when it comes to tanks or crowds, and their gun is like a submachine gun type blaster which is perfect for close quarters
*VODE AN INTENSIFIES*
My top 3 favs are:
1. Death Trooper - I've held so many objectives and killed many low tier heros.
2. Resistance Jet trooper - that blaster is perfect.
3. Clone Commando - Love the grenade attachment
3. FO Flamethrower - Saved my allies from jedi heros, tanking objectives and I love causing panic
5. Droideka - Flank the enemy, say "Hello there" and blast away
… top 3???
Lmfao you fought a good fight
Ah, but just imagine the meme and rage from getting constantly plinked by the Ewok's bow.

i think the biggest problem with the reinforcements is the inbalance of the factions. while the galactic empire got death troopers, rocket troopers and agents, the rebels only got one really good reinforcement which is the rocket jumper because wookies and ewoks are really not that great in most situations.
I mean it's the empire 😂.
Fr that’s why I don’t play as the rebels
The Ewok sucks
The Wookiee is okay
Rocket jumper is the best
It makes you wonder how the empire lost to the rebels in the movies at all
@@BaileyGriggs-t8hBecause of guerrilla warfare and very very well planed tactical strikes, in any open battle, no matter how well the rebels fight they get overpowered.
Rogue one? Once the bulk of the empire arrives at the end, they start dropping like flies and have to leave, barely making it out with the info of the deathstar.
@@hectorhernandezaleman3836 Plus according to the canon, the Empire is a formidable and pernicious adversary because of their sheer number, resources, and training. This is why even according to Ep 4 it was hinted that the Rebels have not won many decisive victories over the Empire.

No because its all about playstyle for instance

If you play heavy: your good at soaking damage but your normally the first to die
If you play officer: you know how to aim and use your ability correctly but you die from overconfidence

Overload blew people into the sky lol.
Unfortunately they suck now, they are completely outclassed. The death trooper > wookie differential is one of the primary reasons Empire is more powerful than the Rebels (the other reason is ATs).
What exactly made the wookie warriors so good? And why are they so bad now?
@@pizzawonderer5024 they weren't really that good but they were a tanky unit that could heal themselves. Now DICE removed the heal ability in order to differentiate from the death trooper and replaced it with the slam ability. Good luck getting in range of the enemy to use the slam ability with a slow huge carpet that is so easy to hit. The death star is the only place where it may be used in close quarters combat but even there I'd rather just play with the rocket trooper - cheaper and way more effective.

I can't agree with second for Death Trooper though, I have almost never failed to slaughter the enemy with them. I wiped the enemy team like three times on a very good day. Oh and that was Galactic Assault.

Should I get battlefront 2
