"Publicity stunt"? It has always been stated by the Beatles and everyone associated with them, that "Paul is Dead" was all made up by fans. The Beatles did not create the rumor.
A lot of Beatles fans and first-time listeners erroneously assume that when "Paul" introduces the alias Billy Shears he was referring to Ringo who sings the next song on the album. Of course, anyone who investigates PID (Paul Is Dead) quickly learns that Billy/William is the name of the multi-instrumentalist singer/songwriter who replaced original Paul McCartney for the second phase of the Beatles psychological operation to effect massive cultural change in the West. To my knowledge, no one in the Beatles' inner circle has ever explicitly stated that the PID clues were an intentional publicity stunt, although they certainly did help increase public interest and record sales for the band.

Could you Imagine.... Brian Wilson [AMAZING Talent ] and band....... Look them Up !.. Listening to this album for the 1st time and having their minds Blown !! along with EVERY other rock band in the world .. A little education brings alot more enjoyment. take 20 minutes and learn about what you reviewing.... and thx for your reviews ..
There is no live version of this. They quit touring before they made this album.
Although "Paul McCartney" as a solo artist has included it in his live performance setlist for several years now.
This should be good.
not listenig to "With A Little Help From My Friends" after this is a crime 💀
REPRISE
Paul McCartney's song when he was just 25 years old in order to change the Beatles again and the music for on more time again... Just to say...
NO NO NO NO..... You can't just STOP!!! Finish this album. Then you can have desert.
How can you have your pudding if you don't eat your meat?
Meant to be listened to from the start to the end as others have mentioned. Really won't get the full effect if you cherry pick songs, not that there is anything wrong with that.
Fixing a hole
Surprised this hasn’t been blocked 😮
Who sang this?, Was it paul and John?
Day two of asking for "Pisces - by Jinjer". The live session if you would. Don't look up anything by this band, it'll be much better for you to just experience it first hand without any knowledge.
You didn’t finish the song.??????
They like the first half perhaps too much real stuff at once
To me your missing the best music artist. Listen to John Miles & a tune called simply Music Was My First Love.
You should have done the 2017 remix. Only boomers listen to the old version.
I had Rubber Soul on 8-Track! 😂
2 based Aryan chads. Don’t race mix ❤
The one & only Billy Shears was rumored to be the true name of Paul’s replacement , after he was killed in the car crash described in the song “ A Day in a Life “
Stop it, enough already, it was NOT "Billy Shears or Paul" that is referred to in "A DAY IN THE LIFE" it's Tara Brown the heir to the Guinness fortune who was killed in a car accident which was in the newspapers. He was also a friend of Lennon's. LOOK IT UP and stop perpetuating stupid hoax's that was started by a college student in Michigan.
This is a fake 'live' track. I think this is overrated. For the best Beatles, listen to the Revolver album.
Are you KIDDING???? You only listened to HALF THE SONG!!!!!!
YOU HAVE TO LISTEN TO 'WITH A LITTLE HELP FROM MY FRIENDS' (THE NEXT SONG) OTHERWISE IT MAKES NO SENSE!!!
Without the album Freak Out by Frank Zappa, this album would never have been made and the Beatles would just be another boy band.
Hey, been watching some of your videos and see you a Pink Floyd fan
You should check out this band called tool, like the Pink Floyd of this generation. I think a good song to start with probably be (46 & 2)
Give them a listen
