hey, if you don't have it yet, i would love a video including an in depth explanation of the flower cardian archetype and all the effects that are active if all 4 synchro monsters are on the field (possible thanks to the extra monster zone and no more links required for synchro summon). flower cardian is one of my favourite decks to play since if you get at least 2 of the synchros onto the field your opponent is severely handicapped and if you get all 4 summoned there is very little he can do against it. i would love to see a video about that archetype for a more in depth explanation of the deck and the different ways to get a combo/chain going, also i'd love to get to know more about the weaknesses of flower cardians (except the part where the deck bricks your combo/chain around 50% of the time, 30% with a balanced and adjusted 40 card deck) to see what can actually be done once the synchro monsters are on the field.
Fun fact in yugioh duel link when chaos levianner first came out , he was so good that he instantly make thunder dragon (without fusion in duel link) meta with a LS engine and synchro play that Konami have to nerf the deck to the shadow realm because the existence of levia was way to broken against control deck. And they also have nerf the LS engine even more recently.
A thing about lingering effects: Generally speaking, if the effect of a card can only affect itself, is NOT a continuous effect, and it gets negated, any properties granted by that effect stop applying to the card. However, if it can affect another card (but doesn't strictly have to), and is later negated by Skill Drain or Impermanence, the properties granted by the effect stays. This is most most notable with rules regarding ATK/DEF
@@pietrocatalano4285 Or monsters that only have effects in hand or graveyard. To keep with the assumed spirit the OP is going for, perhaps only the ones that special summon themselves.

I honestly feel that rather than banning Red-Eyes Dark Dragoon they should just ban Verte Anaconda, hear me out here. The best way to summon Dragoon is to use Verte to dump Red-Eyes Fusion right? Well that's only the best way because Verte doesn't lock you out of normal/special summoning other monsters the turn you use it's dump effect. Red-Eyes Fusion does. If you have to manually activate Red-Eyes Fusion you can't normal or special summon AT ALL the turn you do so. So yeah you still end on 1 powerful monster, but it's 1 monster, 1 negate, and if you are going first you can't even use the pop effect until your next turn. So you get 1 negate to stop your opponent that in the current meta can normally play through 2-3+ negates. Hell most decks can do near full combos with single cards, so it doesn't really do you any good to have a single negate. Verte is the card that makes Dragoon broken, and it makes any easy to summon Fusion monster more broken purely from how good it's effect is. Verte is the one that needs banned.
Dragoon has 3 different effects that are all broken and is easily brought out in more ways than just verte anaconda. There's no need to ban verte anaconda when dragoon is broken anyway.
@@scottbecker4367 What other ways can Dragoon really be brought out though? Red-Eyes Fusion is the only one I can think of that can at least summon it using monsters from the deck, and Verte does allow you to avoid the restriction on Red-Eyes Fusion. The only other "easy" fusion summon I can think of is using "The Eye of Timaeus" and that requires you to control a Dark Magician, so not really ideal, otherwise you need to not only draw/search Dark Magician in some way but also a fusion spell. I also get Dragoon is stupidly powerful, but seeing as using means to summon it that aren't Verte all tend to come with the downside of playing a lot of bricks, or not being able to summon anything else, I feel that keeps it rather balanced. Unless there really is another easy way to summon it that I just can't think of, and in that case the other easy summon method should be hit, as with the restrictions to Dragoons summon, it's really not that bad.
There are 3 Ancient gear monsters that should make the list in my opinion: 1.: Ancient Gear Gadjiltron Chimera 2.: Ancient Gear Gadjiltron Dragon 3.: Ancient Gear Reactor Dragon BTW I love your videos, keep up the good work. :)
I would reeeeally appreciate a video analysis of the top meta decks in duel links history. I know the channel is more about tcg, but there is no video covering such topic efficiently on yt yet and it would be interesting to compare the decks with the real card game imo
You didn’t mention that you could tribute a trap card for Master Peace than flip over skill drain to give MP Psuedo full immunity. This happened to me at a qualifier but since i was playing cyberdarks I not only had targeting protection, but when I sent N’tss to the grave i was able to pop MP. Also probably would have done better if i realized i was running starlight road when people were single popping.
Honorable Mention should go to Melffy Mommy, since she gains effects based on the number of xyz materials and can attach one Melffy card from the hand or field as a material once per turn. Not the strongest, as it becomes a battle immune (both destruction and damage) 1k atk beast that deals damage equal to the defending monster's attack but doesn't destroy it. The goal being that you attack into monsters bricked by Melffy of the Forest. It's shockingly consistent given Melffys' ridiculous swarming potential, but can be countered by keeping everything in defense position. I feel like they are like 1 or 2 strong cards from being viable
Black Luster Solider- Soldier of Chaos is by far my favorite Link Monster. I own 3 copies. 2 MAMA Ultra Rares, and a Secret Rare. Plan on adding a Ghost Rare here soon
Isn't slah draw now absolutely useless if its limited to one copy? And this is called balancing out? And I got another question: How do you diffentiate between a lingering and a passive effect. The Black Luster Soldier e.g. looke like a common effect and not this rare non-negatable effect. What kind of wording does it need to be that common passive effect?
Top 10 mixed attribute archetypes. I don't know why, but I love using mixed attribute archetypes more than anything. I just find the archetypes the most fun and most versatile to play with. HEROs, Generaiders, Charmers, ElementSaber, etc.
I feel like both your YuGiOh and WoW channels now have a self imposed ban list of topics. Do you think your D&D channel will run into a similar issue, or is it still young to not have this issue? I'm loving all 3 channels by the way =D
Here be a question is a card over powered, when it can banish a card from the extra deck. Or because the decks it faces down, weakly built that taking out one card from them is enough to end their entire game. It used to be quite common knowledge that running more copies of a card was better than running one of each card. Now though, it seems well over half of the decks seem to be one-ofs rather than a balanced group. though i suppose that is the problem of Combo decks ( read engines to engines decks )
What about Odd Eyes Raging Dragon? When summoned using an XYZ as a material, it can remove a material to completely wipe every card from your opponent's field as well as increasing its attack for each card destroyed. It can also attack twice. If it dies, then you can pendulum summon it back as a beatstick. If it gets sent to the graveyard by negation then you can use oafdragon to return it to the extra deck and then XYZ summon it again.
Top 10 Tuner Synchro monsters. It's kinda predictable, but that should just make it easier for you to do. Unless there is a factor I am unaware of when it comes to making such decisions for a list. Another idea: Top 10 Goblin cards.
Sophia goddess of Rebirth. It would be a good card if there was a reliable way to bring it out consistently. I wish I knew how to bring it out but I'm not good at combo decks that rely on a specific order.
Surprised avramax isn't on this list. It gains all it's effects when it's linked summoned and if summoned by i:p a fat chunk of decks don't have inherent outs to it.

Maybe Eff-uggie, but Effagee? Epic miss.
@@runningoncylinders3829 I think you are confused.
The word is Eff-ah-gee. As in gee ain't it swell, not eff-ah-gi.
@@knightshousegames I think you are even more confused. You've had the right way to say the word the whole time. You just did a really bad job of spelling it until just now. In your initial comment I mistook your correction for not being necessary, but after I saw your second comment about Ryu I knew exactly what you meant.
hey, if you don't have it yet, i would love a video including an in depth explanation of the flower cardian archetype and all the effects that are active if all 4 synchro monsters are on the field (possible thanks to the extra monster zone and no more links required for synchro summon). flower cardian is one of my favourite decks to play since if you get at least 2 of the synchros onto the field your opponent is severely handicapped and if you get all 4 summoned there is very little he can do against it.
i would love to see a video about that archetype for a more in depth explanation of the deck and the different ways to get a combo/chain going, also i'd love to get to know more about the weaknesses of flower cardians (except the part where the deck bricks your combo/chain around 50% of the time, 30% with a balanced and adjusted 40 card deck) to see what can actually be done once the synchro monsters are on the field.
And the surprising is even Levianeer has not properly released in any permanent box yet
Holy crap! My Honorable mentions for cards that are overly used segment idea was implemented!... If I weren't subbed already, I'd sub!
Love this video and love the channel, keep up the great work!
"Top 10 monsters unaffected by Skill Drain" would be an interesting video
Or Top 10 cards that benefit from Skill Drain.
Welp, that's just top ten monsters that can't be affected by card effects.

When you accidentally find hiru tcg channel, mate I was looking for this sort of vids for some time.
The animation looks really cool in this video
The spell and trap cards for Master Peace don't actually need to be face up on the field. Just thought I should correct you on that.
Not to deep into the video, but i smell Masterpiece
I like this honorabl mentions as it adds more cards that I don’t hear about. In your list. As Ultimate Falcon is definitely one that I’ve heard over 10 times in your list and I think it should take the honerable mention spot as well.
Did you know? I haven't play yugioh in over 15 years but I have been subscribed to your channel for quite a while because of how good your card explanations are.
Good that you've added a hors concours to these kind of videos, they will be more interesting to us the viewers too
Top ten best/worst card that need a field spell to activate their effects
wow that Akiza art looked great
Props for the new segment.
Not sure if this has been covered in some form but Top 10 Normal Summons/Best cards to use your Normal Summon on
I’ve been asking this for months lol
Wow, that’s an awesome category.
So ik this isn't to do with the video but I think "card advance" and "counter gate" complament each other so well
The honorable mentions is a really good idea. Just put the simplified card text next to the card.
How about top 10 types with the least/most support?
(Btw, love your vids)
I like the new segment thing ^^
Dragoon is so good, I’ve only decided to use one in my deck, mainly because it’s a bit broken having three of them or even to around. Kind of give my opponent a chance or so.
I just bought "Soldier Of Chaos" a few days ago and I fucking love this card. 😄
Continue on with the explaining banned cards list. I honestly like it.

There’s also Cyber Eltanin; it’s actually the reason I ended up making a light machine deck.
There are 3 Ancient gear monsters that should make the list in my opinion:
1.: Ancient Gear Gadjiltron Chimera
2.: Ancient Gear Gadjiltron Dragon
3.: Ancient Gear Reactor Dragon
BTW I love your videos, keep up the good work. :)
I would reeeeally appreciate a video analysis of the top meta decks in duel links history. I know the channel is more about tcg, but there is no video covering such topic efficiently on yt yet and it would be interesting to compare the decks with the real card game imo
Top 10 video of you mentioning Tyrant Neptune in top 10 videos :)
Top ten cards that use an even number in the card name/description
I like the #0 spot! Keeps the pacing good
Honorable Mention should go to Melffy Mommy, since she gains effects based on the number of xyz materials and can attach one Melffy card from the hand or field as a material once per turn.
Some cards get banned in the TCG and then get banned again in DuelLogs' vids. Must be depressing.
Now there will be more time to explain what Pot of Greed does in future videos
Top 10 mixed attribute archetypes. I don't know why, but I love using mixed attribute archetypes more than anything. I just find the archetypes the most fun and most versatile to play with. HEROs, Generaiders, Charmers, ElementSaber, etc.
I feel like both your YuGiOh and WoW channels now have a self imposed ban list of topics. Do you think your D&D channel will run into a similar issue, or is it still young to not have this issue?
I'm loving all 3 channels by the way =D

Top 10 best cards, that almost never see play.
He already made a top 10 like that
Here be a question is a card over powered, when it can banish a card from the extra deck.
I also need to say. Aki is a good choice in Yu-Gi-Oh girls.
Decides to exclude Tyrant Neptune on the list so he wouldn't have to talk about it. Mentions it after 2 seconds.
Sad to not see Nephthys the Sacred Flame, but really she doesn't hold a candle to the top spots, and BLS fulfills her role much more easily..
I like to combine the Chaos monsters with Kuribohs. You need light and dark monsters in the graveyard to be summoned? Here's an entire archetype of light and dark monsters that love to send themselves to the graveyard.
