    Finding a yoga teacher is okay- but finding a yoga artist is enlightening! Ali, I am thankful for your energy and artistry in your videos. You have given me an infusion of pure excitement everyday now when I look to my practice with you. I love the journey into reclining konasana in this video. Your voice is soothing and the time held in the poses is perfect. The music is always right on track and exactly what I love to do asana practice to. I still miss Tucson, AZ and so seeing your patio and cacti and the mountains-well it takes me home. I've really reached a plateau in my practice before I found you-and the HIIT videos are exactly what I have been craving.

    This was a fun video, let's are probably going to be feeling it tomorrow! Luv her video, especially the short ones because they are needed when you don't have time. I do her videos everyday because of consistency. Reminiscing here for a sec, I still remember when I came to her channel. My cardio capacity was down along with endurance, my strength wasn't there and now it's drastically improved. I have come in contact with my core and body now. SHOUT OUT TO THIS YOGA CHICK!!

    It's crazy, isn't it?...The first time we did TWO HUNDRED repetitions for this class...Oh man, we thought we were just too tired to move another muscle! HA! Today, this class was a smooth challenge..no gasping or misery!...Look how far you have moved us along Ali!...I love being able to monitor my own progress. It just makes a person feel so accomplished...like, "I have really learned to be stronger and pushed a bit, while remaining calm, keeping steady breath, and completely in the moment...This is the act of an accomplished teacher...teaching things that are difficult with a gradual increase in difficulty, until!!!...everybody is the HULK , and did it without quitting or dropping out because it was taught in proper order. I know I have said it to you many times, but you are a gifted teacher and everyone should be grateful for the amazing gifts bestowed upon us by you Ali...With much gratitude and love, L

    I've done about a half dozen of your classes so far and I really enjoy them. The way you teach makes the classes easy to follow, and it really helps that you explain the positioning so well. I just wanted to say thanks for sharing your yoga with the world, it's very much appreciated.

    After practicingwith you for about 6 months, 2 times a week, I am so happy to say that my flexibility I had when I was younger is returning, and my body feels so good. It's like getting a full body massage everytime I practice with you. My back doesn't hurt after because I have strengthened my core. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

    THIS is what i've always been looking for. When I first started doing hiit videos I was afraid I was going to get bulky so I had to mix (not really often) with yoga or stretches.     Soooo intense yoga interval class!! I enjoyed it a lot!! It is exhausting at certain points, but great! and I could tell the focus on butt and legs on the following morning hahahaha when they were kind of sore, but not uncomfortable a lot, actually I was happy because that is the sign of a hard workout. Thanks dear Ali, I am so happy to have the opportunity of practicing with your videos. Love!

    Ali, The idea of going to yoga classes never really appealed to me, I also generally tough workouts with lots of cardio and strengthening but I often neglected the flexibility training. Then I found your videos….they are the perfect blend of all three aspects and I love having the freedom to work at my own pace and choose the intensity and focus that I want for the day. You are a wonderful teacher. I had never done yoga before (but was a gymnast when I was younger) and after only six weeks of practicing with you almost daily, I am able to keep up with your advanced videos but still need to work on some of the poses, which keeps it challenging and interesting. I have already noticed a considerable change in my physique, with everything looking a little more toned, increased strength and my flexibility has especially improved….I am inches away from doing splits again!! I now consider myself a yogi and look forward to practicing with you every day. Thank you for sharing these beautiful classes.

    Beautiful, Beautiful...Wow Ali, What a fabulous integration. Usually cardio exercise is a bit tedious. But, with the super-stretching intervals, it was fast and fun. The hands behind the head back-bend stretch felt so, so good. Again, Thank you for another beautiful class setting the stage for a great Friday with, I'm sure, sore butt muscles! XO, Laura

    Hey Ali. This is a class for everyone. I really loved the HITT training mixed with the traditional calming, stretching, and strength postures. I am also enjoying , after ten months of beautiful Ali yoga, a very noticeable body tone improvement. My daughter mentioned it when we we trying on clothes the other day. Those switch change jumps are monsters. I hit about sixteen each time, and just through pure will, and as suggested, going into my higher self, did I make it to twenty. I thought the stretching choices were wonderful...a self massage/chiropratics (sp?) Thank you as ever for the beautiful class...A very needed distraction. My friend died last week...a very sad week...I am sure that there is an amazing soul soaring about out there. Love to you Ali on this beautiful, sunny day. A perfect day for soaring about I think...xoxo, Laura P.S. I have watched your handstand leaps a millions times...fabulous! I finally noted the "shoulder and head over the hands" and am holding unsupported (sans wall) handstands for prolonged periods. YIPPEE!!! YIPPEE!!! YIPPEE!!!...what more can I say about that!

    Ali, I did this class today for the first time and it almost killed me!!! I had to take a few breaks here and there (namely the switch lunges) but I finished it! :) I recently started a yoga/weight loss journey and was looking for classes that would challenge me more and help me with that... this one certainly did the trick! I was all sweaty by the end hahaha. Hopefully I'll be able to complete it without taking any breaks sometime soon.     Amie yes- for updog flex the quads and tuck the tailbone under to protect the lower back. Also you can use a pillow under one or both knee in shavasana. You will get your core strength back gradually. Try to focus on mula bandha throughout most of the class and you will see the strength coming back. :-D Good luck. Keep me posted on your progress. :)

    This is beyond amazing.. A butt focused session was well needed!! Your innovative style of yoga is the best I've seen, it simply combines the best of all worlds....perfect...and you are always so professional...it's an honor and of course always a huge pleasure to practice with you-honestly it almost feels like going to a spa or being on vacation every time I finish :P by the end of each practice you are receiving all my deep blessings, just so you know :)

    Thank you Ali. I love this video. I am suffering from kidney, bladder problems at the moment. I think these kind of stretches are the only hope for me to get back to normal. ( I am from neighbour of your mother land country; Turkiye ;)

    Wow i am sure i'm gonna feel this in my legs tomorrow! The lunge jumps switches have always seemed so scary to me but for the first time i managed to do all of them! But they are still very hard!

    I love this one! I'm doing now 90 days weight loss challenge, this sequence is exactly what I need :) i felt great after doing this. I want to ask around how many calories would be consumed with this video? Thanks a lot, Ali, you are so encouraging.

      Thank you, Ali :) I am not really over weight but a little chubby...and my problem is my muscle is pretty ''hard'' not like usually women are pretty soft, even I have never been a sport type, they are just naturally so hard . I heard type like me is more difficult to get fit, because ''my meat'' have to turn fett first and then be burned. Is that true? And what type of your videos you recommend me to do to cooperate my weight loss challenge ;p , could some once a while also film some hatha flow with more asanas? Thank you and sorry always bother you and I am really really appreciate this interaction. Thanks for your effort for all these. Namaste

    Ali, Thank you so much. My back pain is lessening at shivasana! I have diastis recti from my 3rd baby, and I really think that is what is causing my core to not be a strong as it should be.
