It is so delicious that you can cook it almost every day! It will take you some time and delicious meat in a pan with a wonderful honey and garlic sauce will be on your table. After trying it once, my family asks me to cook this meat in a pan every day. If you want to make something quick for lunch, try this recipe. Simple spices and ingredients that are always at hand. Try to cook such pork chops, you will definitely like them. Cook with love!
Ingredients:
4 pork chops
1 teaspoon of salt
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon rosemary (or thyme)
Black pepper
2 tablespoons oil for frying
6 garlic cloves, chop
20 grams of butter
4 tablespoons of honey
5 tablespoons chicken broth
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
Green Onions

I made it yesterday and added broccoli 🥦. Because it taste chines food. And I served with white rice. All my family loved it. Thanks for sharing!! 👍
love pork chops, and bacon .............. in fact, pork is my favorite meat ............
TRIED IT - it was a hit!! Even the little kids (6 & 7) liked it. I cooked it slightly different. I browned the chops in a really hot skillet for half the amount of time before pulling them out and setting aside while I built the sauce in a clean pan. I never measure, so once I returned the chops to the pan to finish cooking them (to just a bit pink in the center; which you can tell by how much give they have when you press on them), the sauce wasn’t as condensed as I’d like. So, once I got the correct doneness on the meat, I pulled the chops off again and just finished reducing the liquid to a thicker consistency and THEN I poured the “glaze” over the resting chops before garnishing & serving.
I served it with a side of fried kale & shaved carrots (with toasted sesame seeds, garlic and sesame oil), along with plain white rice with a drizzle of avocado oil instead of butter.
The whole thing was super yummy with lots of flavor - everybody loved it!! Thanks for the recipe. I’ll keep it and use it again next week when I cook dinner for my husband’s niece and her family.

I made these last night and they were awesome. I did brine the pork chops for 24 hours and basically doubled the recipe for 7 larger pork chops. Maybe I shouldn't have doubled the apple cider vinegar but it cooked off nicely. Thank you for sharing, this ones a keeper!

Made this tonight...SO GOOD. I burned the garlic though and had to pull it out of the sauce. Cast iron just stays so hot! The sauce was still delightful!

Отбивные нужно молоточком отбить, на то они и отбивные.
