Ingredients
Maida - 200 grams
Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
Sugar - 2 tablespoons
Melted butter - 2 tablespoons
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Baking soda - 1/4 teaspoon
Milk - 250 ml
Butter
Honey
Preparation
In a mixing bowl add maida, baking powder, sugar, melted butter, salt and baking soda. Mix well. Add milk and whisk to a smooth batter.
In a pan pour in a ladleful of batter and cook until brown. Serve with butter and honey.
