Such an excellent series. I feel I am able to understand the culture I grew up in more. Being Korean in America isn’t the same as being Korean in Korea. I am grateful to these videos as I am helping to recreate dishes and holidays for my elderly mother. She is delighted with whatever I make from authentic recipes.
i love this series, and this episode was particular interesting because of the health benefits and explanations behind the foods. Please keep them coming!
