YOOOOO clarification: i used heros mod during this video which is like a cheat mod where u can spawn in items, and I did so because some of the heart crystals weren’t dropping AND the mythril was glitched as you’ll see so I had to spawn in the mythril anvil and then the titanium forge.
That should clear things up lol

One new accessory slot per defeated boss is going to get pretty stupid OP in no time. Terraria has 19 bosses, not counting event bosses.

@lucienmuller4951 Right, you can already trivialize most damage sources in the base game with just seven accessory slots, with the exceptions being things literally designed to kill in one or two hits. Adding in an additional 112 DEF via converting all 28 relics to slots is just disgusting. We're not even getting into the fact you'd also be able to max out crit chance with 15 slots to spare (4-9 weapon base, 80 from lucky, 10 from Rage potion, 2-4 from food buffs, and this is without factoring in armor and accessories that just flat out boost crit chance or weapons that have increased chance on their own).
Or just stack minion count, sentry count, summon damage, and damage increase accessories, use all slots on +4% damage, and you don't even need to play the game, all bosses just die without you doing anything.
Warding is way better as the more damage boosts you have the less effective they become the opposite being the case with defence

It's triggering the fuck out of me watching this guy relentlessly bomb and dynamite all these beautiful structures and biomes.
I can barely bring myself to dig extraneous tunnels and use explosives in the vanilla game, meanwhile this man is just casually committing war crimes against Khaios's golf course and its entire extended family.

28:01 you can cheese all landbased OOA enemys by having a platform blockswap hoike. Platforms are normally able to be passed through but because its ahoike it cant so the enemys dont jump and the crystal dosent pop out
What is a hoike and also what are ahoikes
@@GalacticScaleNoob hoike is the term used for a sloped block where clipping Into the tiles will preform a 1 block tellaport in a specific direction. There are multiple videos on RUclips explaining hoikes and I highly recomend familiarizing yourself with them because they can be incredibly usefull. And even though they started as a glitch relogic has stated that the will not be removing them.
And ahoike is just me forgetting to hit space

Who thought getting another accessory slot after every boss was a good idea. It's a good video, but having so many accessories seems a bit broken lol. That melee speed was insane.
It genuinely breaks the game. If we count Moon Lord and all event boss relics, you can get up to 35 slots via that mechanic. Even with just the standard non-ML bosses and not factoring artificial evil biomes, that's still 23 slots. Unless you're playing Fargo's, I can't think of any reason you'd even need that many accessories.

So, the Destroyer can actually fly in vanilla Terraria as well. Makes for great cheesing by using a thin line of solid blocks high in the sky with nothing beneath, and then a two or three block wide gap covered with platforms. The solid blocks block the lasers, and you can shoot through the platforms with any weapon. I've only tested this with mage and my split-screen partner playing melee, but this was on Expert Mode and allowed the melee player to easily retreat to the spawn point we set on the blocks, with the Nurse there just in-case. The Probes weren't much of a problem because I could kill them easily with the Rainbow Rod or Spirit Flame.

BTW you can dupe lava (and honey too!) the same way you do water, you just have to do it slower. Don't hold lmb, just click to pour, wait a sec, then click again to gather and a halfdrop should still be traveling down.

a great way to cheese the old ones army is to build a single hoik in front of each side and it stops them from being able to attack the crystal.

How to cheese the ooa: place a block and hammer it 3 - 4 times where the triangle looks to the lower left & right, and then block swap them with a platform and boom you can cheese all enemies except dark Mage's ranged attack & skeletons, and flying enemies (or if this is too confusing just make a hoik and block swap it with a platform). Also make sure that the hoiks are far enough so projectile enemies don't attack the crystal.

23:00 Lava can be duplicated just like water, obsidian generators are super easy to make, I usually make them instead of going out to mine it, unless they somehow changed the liquid physics just for lava in the mod

the amount of different sound effects and songs from mobile games is insane
its so funny to see so many pros struggle in these type of game modes and not realize that if they die about 10 times, place 10 tombstones to make a graveyard biome, and wait a bit, they can get an Abigail's Flower and have a really nice early game minion to fight off enemies while you mine stone.

You probably already heard this a few times but you can cheese OOA with hoiked blocks that you block swap with platforms to trick the game.
side note: you could've used hoik platforms to help cheese the Old One's Army because they count as platforms and blocks, but the Old One's Army only sees them as platforms.

Destroyer flying is actually a vanilla thing! If a segment is far enough away from the player, it will behave as if it’s in a solid block. I always fight it with gravitation potions

Those things called Redead which a4e in the caves and scream at you are enemies from Zelda the windwaker. They are exactly the same
the old one's army is an underrated event for mage and summoners
also btw i think you can cheese ooa by putting actuators on the blocks that the crystal is standing on and then using the actuators to drop the crystal into the void
The OST at 30:00 is the Halo Reach OST! The Reach soundtrack is engrained into my memory at this point.

you just need to set up a platform hoik because platforms aren't counted as a solid block in the check the crystal does
just place a solid block, hammer it until it's a top corner, then block replace it with a platform and it won't let anything through,

use a platform hoik on each side and make it so they keep going backwards and then deal with the flying ones

you can cheese the old ones army with a hoik by putting a block on each side of the crystal, and then hammer each block to where the point of the triangle is at the top and facing its respective portal that was really confusing just search it up
i get your point that "everyone uses moonlord" but they use moonlord because its the hardest boss in the game and therefore presents the best challenge (apart from daytime empress ofc)
